We had a lovely week in Mallorca and were very happy at Sa Rota. Once we had mastered the remote check in procedures (which crashed a few times before success!) all went smoothly. Our one bed apartment was simple, clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely big terrace with sun loungers and a table where we ate. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. Centrally located only 45 minutes from Palma airport, we found this the perfect base for exploring the island in every direction.

A perfect location in the middle of the beautiful island of Majorca, perfect for a romantic holiday as a couple or for a family trip. The car is very necessary, the beaches are within a 45-1 hour drive. The apartment and its surroundings are very well taken care of, we loved it! Simply romantic! The apartment was very rustic and cozy. We were more than satisfied with how it was equipped, especially the kitchen, the owner also thought of an umbrella for the beach. We highly recommend!

This was a very secluded hotel, on first arrival instructions easy to follow. The hotel apartments were spacious, clean and well equipped. The scenery was nice, all the surrounding area was extremely quiet, pool was clean and well maintained, all together this is a very nice place with helpful staff in a very nice location Came away relaxed, thanks

I recently stayed at this stunning finca and had a fantastic time. The garden and pool were beautiful, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. But what really made my stay special was the warm-hearted host, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. Highly recommend this place!

We had a very restful 10 days at Sa Rota in mid-September. We spent most of our days reading next to the excellent pool and the evenings on our terrace, admiring the view whilst eating and drinking local produce. Sa Rota is beautifully cared for. The location is very quiet, the only time we were disturbed was on the night before we left by noisy guests in the apartment above us. The nearest town is Sineu - about 10 minutes drive away. It has a lovely bakery and the Agromart has lots of great fresh fruit and veg and other foodie delights. You can also get a train into Palma which takes about 45 mins and costs €7.20 return. We really enjoyed our holiday at Sa Rota and I'm sure we'll go back.

I was in Europe for business and had the weekend off so I chose to visit Mallorca. Sa Rota was an absolute diamond in a gold mine. So peaceful, so relaxing. The staff was friendly and very helpful, but this place is so private that you mostly never saw them or other guests. I will be coming back very soon.

Sa Rota is a beautiful, quiet location to stay in the middle of the Mallorcan countryside. There are great views towards the Tramuntana mountains to the north. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a kitchenette and a terrace. There is a large pool with plenty of sun beds and parasols. The apartment and pool were clean and well kept. The site was formerly operated as a hotel, but is now self-catering apartments, with no breakfast, bar or services provided. Check in was online - there was no welcome in person, though there was a staff member on site who was very helpful when we found her. A pot of delicious jam was provided when we asked for it. You need to bring food and drink, including bottled water, with you. We shopped at the Cas Mariner BIP BIP supermarket near the station in Sineu, where there is also a good selection of restaurants. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay away from the crowds.…

Sa Rota d'en Palerm reminded us a lot of where we got married in Tuscany so it was perfect for an anniversary trip to Mallorca. Quiet, clean... Very peaceful and relaxing. Reasonable rates for a huge 1-bedroom apartment too! As this really is a no-fuss finca, we only really saw the caretaker and his dog Chico during our stay. Felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. We wish we could have stayed a day or two longer.

Our stay was magnificent. Waking up every morning to the sounds of birds chirping and the sun glistening through our window shades made our trip. Located in the middle of the island, this finca is truly off the beaten path but offers panoramic views of the island which we took in every chance we could, especially during the morning time and sunset. The pool area is also magical - this retreat is truly the setting for a story book stay. One thing to note is that renting a car is a must and while there is no onsite reception, there is staff on the property such as housekeeping etc. Our host Joanna would respond to WhatsApps immediately and the apartments come with a great kitchen and all the appliances and pots/pans you need to have a marvelous stay.
