Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for ten nights, in a double room. In a way, wished we’d got a bigger one, but surprised at the thick, comfy mattress and how long we spent inside our room was actually very little anyway. Location is a short way from the beach and strip, so no need for taxis at night. Magaluf has changed for the better in the ten years that we last came here, although it’s still got it if you want to party. Had some great evenings in bars, on the beachfront and some that were too pricey for us to entertain. Hot everyday we were there. Really enjoyed ourselves, thought we got a fair deal too.

Great value for money, good location, and nice rooms. Negatives, our room was not that large as other rooms we saw. Hotel has several pools but the larger pool is the best but if rather want to relax the smaller pool next to the reception or the upstairs pool are the best. Food ok but nothing out of this world.

Thought we’d catch the last rays of sun before our cold sets in at home. Went with jet2 could not fault them, so helpful and friendly, especially when you’re like me, headless chicken when travelling. Arrived at the hotel, checked in quick, our room was nice, great view from the balcony. The beach was closer than we thought, lots of bars and places to eat lunch. English breakfasts were always available. In fact it turned into a real beach holiday as it was so easy to relax and unwind. Definitely come back to Magaluf, a bit quieter in September.

Second holiday this year for us and bit of a last minute decision but loved this hotel. The hotel is super clean, modern and has really nice rooms and fantastic swimming pools. The main pool is massive but loved the second smaller palm tree lined pool even more and luckily it was just outside our room. We had gone for half board and liked the food and drinks overall. I guess my only suggestion would be to have more vegetarian choices but they did have salad every evening. The area immediately around the hotel is quiet and safe. The beach is close and plenty of bars close by too.

My friend and I booked our room and flights through JET2 and found the service of JET2 fantastic and the hotel of good value for what we paid. Our room was cleaned daily and staff were always polite and friendly. As for food, breakfast was great but dinner didn't look or taste as good as breakfast for sure.

The worst hotel ever!! Do not go here! The food was awful! The all inclusive was not all inclusive only 6 drinks in total a day that you are only allowed at lunch and 3 at dinner! The staff were RUDE!! They told my brother who's 40th Birthday we went there for to SHUT UP. This was the manager. The reception were rude as well as the bar staff and staff on the door to check your band for the all inclusive awful breakfast, lunch, dinner. This is classed as a family hotel! I would never have this down as a family hotel. There is no entertainment nowhere to sit of an evening and no arcades or park or kidd club. You have a 4 seat bar and that's it! The place was derelict outside and so grotty. The floor by the swimming pools was dangerous 4 of us slipped over as no grip. Health and safety is to no standard. The indoor pool they didn't bother heating as hotel was closing, the football court was closed. Table tennis they told us bats were broke. You also have to pay €1 every time you want a drink by the pool as you have to pay for the cups. The drinks in the hotel are extaustionate. If you miss your drinks at dinner or lunch they won't give you any. This holiday should never of been sold to a family or anyone. DO NOT GO!

We upgraded to all inclusive 3 nights extra 120eur. However after that they informed us 3 drinks at lunch 3 at dinner? again this was not explained to us beforehand. The Hotel staff were the most unhelpful and unfriendly staff I have ever came across. The food well breakfast typical ceral fruut etc but everyday chips n veg n pizza really? back at lunch again not good variety but same old veg chips n pizza. And i repeat same at dinner. We ended up eating out few nights. Bar staff were rude. Not a nice experience. Rooms were kept tidy but bed wasn't changed and only left 4 small towels or 2 occassions. Tbh pls stay away from this hotel. Even when you go n question anything you get a rude reply. Won't ever go back even if i got it free.

We didn't have high expectations after reading the reviews. It's a lovely hotel, clean with a lovely pools and plenty of sunbeds. Receptionists and waiting/bar staff were extremely friendly, approachable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. Unfortunately the kitchen staff were the opposite, especially one lady - the cook, she was the worst horrible person you can possibly imagine, she was so rude and always answering so harshly, like you're nothing but a piece of s***. Our room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom seals covered in mould didn't make the best impression. Worst of all was the food, 4 days out of 5 pork chops were not cooked, literally raw meat and the paella - you could break your tooth on that rice. People were waiting in the queue to get their food,by the time you reached the particular station it was all gone, why the food isn't cook before everyone arrives? We ended up eating salads, bread and cheese as everything else was gone. No food for kids whatsoever, the only meal that was quality was breakfast. Not bother about the drinking rules or drinking by the pool - I like that since we came with a small child but if you're coming to party, you won't like it. Some nights were quiet and some extremely loud... I'd not go back to this hotel even if someone paid me for it

We didnt have high expectations for the hotel, as it was a last min deal to squeeze in some winter sun with family and friends. The hotel makes a good attempt at being stylish with good facilities. The rooms are kept clean wity fresh towels daily. The balconies are large and its in a good location for bus to airport, Palma etc. However, some weird things. For example you cannot go outside and to the pool or sitting area until 10am!!! Yes 10am. I get you want to stop bed reserving but 10am is ridiculous. Then the food... breakfast is good. Worth getting up for and does run to 11am so thats good. Obviously not hotel for early riser. Otherwise the food is poor and would not recommend all inclusive. You pay extra but you are not allowed drinks by the pool or outside the restaurant at any time. Toy are allowed 3 drinks with lunch and dinner each. I am not a big drinker. I wouldnt have 3 drinks with lunch, if any! But i would enjoy a drink at 5 or 6pm before dinner. The staff are rude and uncompromising at all pounts and look at you as if scum. I appreciate its the end of the season and no doubt they put up suth a lot but customer service is poor. You are charged for everything. A safe, to book tennis, to play crazy golf. Terrible hotel and would not recommend. Strange things as well like tourist tax in cash only and paying for the mini golf. I suspect something dodgy for sure.

we went with not very high hopes regarding reviews we have read. But was complete opposite. not sure where everyone else was staying for those reviews positives: 1. majority off staff were helpful and friendly 2. hotel was spotless and easily accessible for all 3. food in my opinion was of good range and quality 4. pool was always clean 5. rooms were clean and spacious 6. everything was in walking distance from the hotel including the western water park 7. 3 euros for 18 hole mini golf is a bargain negatives: 1. they are very strict about pool times, they lock the doors till 10am and chase you if you dare put towels down before. 2. obviously the drinks are limited to lunch and dinner but wasn't an issue for us. 3. pathway leading to pool from reception incredibly slippery in mornings with no wet floor signs overall a very good holiday, just a few minor things really but didn't spoil the holiday.
