Firstly I would like to thank the manager and all his staff for making our 3 week stay very special. The reception staff always greeted us with a smile and were always very helpful and polite. The restaurant and bar staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. The cleaners were excellent in the room and around the resort. The Manager always greeted us with a warm smile and took time to listen and resolve all issues and it was obvious to us that his attitude and attention shone through all his staff. The food is of a very high standard in the main restaurants. The Speciality restaurants are definitely an added bonus as it felt like an evening out. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard. The entertainment was most enjoyable and we found the evenings to go very quick as we have found in some hotels the entertainment can be boring. We enjoyed the quiz most evenings. The TUI show team worked very hard and were very good. The coffee shop was excellent with a wide variety of coffee, teas and cakes. The Spa is another great inclusion and being adult only was a bonus. The family swimming pool was heated and this was a major reason in us booking this beautiful hotel. The other pools were cold. Other extras what I enjoyed were mini golf and the driving range. The only negatives we can think of are : The chairs in the adult area entertainment room were very low and this could cause people issues with mobility problems. Towels can only be changed around 4.30pm onwards. These two issues did not spoil our enjoyment and we have already booked for April next year again when the pools are heated and we certainly cannot wait.

Our Hotel experience My first impression on the hotel, like WOW this is amazing as we got double bed with private pool (Room 028 - Block B). Food and services were amazing, lots of food choices and desserts were top notch at the buffet restaurant. Though the breakfast buffet was always the same. There is a station where you can order an omelette and they'll cook for you on the spot. The a-la-carte restaurants were disappointing, Asian. I ordered Pad Thai which tasted really sour. Udon Noodle with vegetables were just meh (they were not even using udon noodle). As for the Italian, La Toscana it was just okay, my husband didnt particularly enjoyed the carbonara. The only one we enjoyed was the Indian restaurant, Azafran, only if the naan bread was freshly made instead they used pita bread. My husband liked Green & Grill which we had mostly for lunch as they served burgers, roast chicken, kebabs, pizzas, salad and fruits on the side. On my birthday 13th October, my husband asked the restaurant staff for a slice of birthday cake with a candle as a suprise for me. The waitress said to me 'you ordered this?'. Sorry but I don't feel any privilege at all and there was no birthday song/music whatsoever. This is a 5⭐️ hotel and I'm expecting more than this. Everything went downhill from that onwards. My husband found a huge cockroach in the hotel room. It took over 30mins for a housekeeper to arrive. Technician came twice to repair the bath tap which was VERY slow flow. Then my son got chicken pox. He was so ill that he was 'not fit to fly' home. I was stressed, drained, exhausted & this had taken too much of us. Booked another week of 'holiday' via Tui (as per advised). I couldn't stay in the same room so I was moved to the same Block B (room 133). The General Manager was very helpful and kind, whom I spoke to, ensured me everything will be okay. Checked into the room, 5mins later found out that the A/C was broken which I really do not need!! Spoke to the GM at lunchtime & ensure it will be sorted. Later at 4pm, nothing happend. I went to the reception & she said she'll send a technician upstairs and said it'll take approximately 15mins. As expected, I heard nothing again. I then used the BLUE APP and messaged them, again nothing happend. I happend to meet the GM & he called the technician personally and was told it'll take an hour to repair but that was already past 7pm. Cut long story short, I requested for a change of room as I honestly couldnt stand for this nonsense as I just wanted to rest with my baby who was really ill & grumpy. 8pm moved to Block A (Room 113). The GM has personally checked the room to ensure the A/C was all working. I'd like to thank the GM for all his kind help. If only there was communication among the front office staffs, then I wouldn't need to waste my time. I'd also like to personally thank Ana (waitress) and Tomil (buffet restaurant manager) that made my week felt better. TUI experience Tui rep was available however they weren't present when we arrived at the hotel. On Day 4, my son had unfortunately caught chicken pox. We spoke to one of the TUI Rep & there is nothing they can do except for us to book for another 'holiday' on the TUI website. All we wanted was to extend the nights as required as we do not know when he will be cleared. One of the TUI Rep said to us to speak to our insurance company and they will sort it which wasn't really helpful! We had to book another 'holiday' to ensure the coach transfer and flights were guaranteed.

Thank you for taking the time to post. We can really appreciate how worrying it must have been for you to have your son come down with chickenpox while on holiday and this obviously made you very anxious. We are sure that the hotel staff did their utmost to help you at such a difficult time but it is not always possible to offer an instant solution to problems and guests are normally very understanding, but yours was not a normal holiday situation and we understand that you were very worried and under a great deal of stress. We trust that your son is on the mend and are very sorry that you were disappointed with certain elements of your stay and we will certainly look into the issues you have raised.

The hotel is incredible and the staff, for the most part, are also amazing. It pains me, therefore, to write a review based on one experience of the hotel which was the management's handling of a theft from our hotel room safe. The tui reps, the restaurant and bar staff, and the reception staff are all wonderful. Their service is impeccable and we noted it from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The food is exceptional but could do with being hotter, and the cocktails are divine. The entertainment was also fabulous every single time. However, we went to the pool on the second day of our holiday and returned to see the safe drawer open. When we checked the cash we noticed that €170 was missing from our cash wallet. We immediately reported this to the hotel and to TUI and the general manager of the hotel assured us that he would sort it and investigate. This was on Thursday. We chased daily and were told he was still sorting. We refrained from reporting to the police on the basis of his promise. He never sorted it until we asked TUI to step in and when we said, on our last day, that we would report it to the police. So our last morning was wasted on a trip out to the local police station who- by the way- were lovely and helpful. The general manager finally conceded to offer us a 'good will gesture' of 70 euros compensation on the evening prior to our leaving the resort and basically said he'd do nothing else because we couldn't prove it. There was another member of management when the general manager wasn't available who was incredibly rude and dismissive of me and told me that the manager wasn't available because 'managers of hotels are busy with very important work'. His condescending tone was infuriating but the general manager never did come back to us, and would only speak to staff to feedback to me. We left the hotel on the 31st €100 worse off. We know we didn't spend or lose the money because we arrived and immediately placed the money in the safe. We spent €10 on a lilo for our daughter at the local shop and the €60.60 on the tourist tax and that was it. Other than that, we had no need to spend due to the AI nature of the hotel. The room was immaculate. The hotel was incredible. We would have happily returned had the theft been handled better but sadly will not be returning as a result of this element of our experience. It would have easily been a 5* review if it wasn't for this theft experience.

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, we would like to say how sorry we are for the very unfortunate issue that put a damper on what seems to have been an otherwise very enjoyable stay. Please rest assured that we are making an exhaustive investigation into what could have happened, how it was handled, and promise to make any changes that we see necessary. This is obviously something that we take very seriously but, fortunately, it is not something we have had to deal with before. We are very sorry that you feel that it wasn’t dealt with as diligently as it could have been and that certain members of staff were not as sympathetic as they should have been. It is a great pity that, on this occasion, we were unable to offer you a fully satisfying holiday experience, but we do hope that you give us another opportunity to welcome you back to Protur Hotels so that we can offer you the perfect holiday experience that you deserve.

Stayed in the Adults area early October. The room was excellent. Modern & spacious. The bed was a super king & we found it very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a walk-in shower. Free safe & WiFi, which had an excellent signal. The staff are amazing & extremely friendly. We would particularly like to thank Anna & Alicia (piano bar) for their superb, friendly service. A special mention for Superstar Antonia (adults restaurant) for her wonderful greeting when we first arrived & for looking after us so well during our stay. We tried 3 ala carte restaurants. The Indian, Italian & the Asian. All were excellent & well worth a visit. You need to book these on arrival. The pool area was fantastic with lots of sunbeds available any time of the day We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the TUI Blue Sensatori Biomar this October. We stayed for four nights in the Adults Only building in a room with a private pool. Room: our room was simply lovely! The bed was comfortable and huge. We also couldn't tell that it was two singles pushed together, which was a bonus. The shower was spacious and the bathroom was equipped with high-quality complementary toiletries and luxurious bathrobes and slippers. The minibar was restocked each day with a selection of soft drinks and water. The pool was a short climb up the spiral staircase on our balcony, which boasted panoramic views of the east Mallorcan landscape. The pictures simply did not do the private pool justice. The water was warm and large enough to do lengths in. We particularly enjoyed using the pool in the early evenings as the sun was setting - the perfect way to end the day before getting ready for the evening activities. Food: the food was of a very high standard. We ate primarily in Lyra, the Adults Only restaurant, and found that there was a good selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. They even had oat milk and smoked salmon! We never had to queue and there was no scramble for food. We also had one night at the à la carte Italian, providing a nice variety for our stay. At all times, staff were attentive and on hand to provide drinks. The cod in tomato we had on our first night was particularly delightful. It was also really nice to sit in the Adults Only lobby for drinks before dinner. Drinks: the quality of the drinks was exceptional; there was a large variety of cocktails, with the drinks list readily available. Though there was only house wine on offer for the all-inclusive, it was lovely and served in generously sized glasses. There was also a large variety of hot drinks available, not least in Thea's Coffee Shop in the Family Area. We were surprised to find that the coffee shop was free, including lots of sweet treats, which changed daily. It was nice to see traditional Spanish drinks on offer too, such as the Café Bombón. My partner also particularly enjoyed the Chai Tea! Pools and facilities: besides our private pool, there were five others to choose from across the resort. The Adults Only pool was large and included a swim-up bar, although it was quite cold when we stayed. There was also no shortage of sun loungers, and it was conveniently located next to the Adults Only lobby. It was very quiet and a nice place to sit and read a book. However, my partner and I enjoyed the pools in the Family Area more. The Family Area was only a short walk away, and there were no restrictions on us accessing the facilities there. One of the pools had a swim-up bar and was heated, and the other not heated but larger and quieter. We really enjoyed both of these. The Green and Grill restaurant was adjacent to the pools and provided cold snacks at lunchtime - a great alternative to the buffet on a couple of days, serving food such as pizzas, toasties and salads. Also next to the pools was a bar and a table tennis table. We also found the indoor pool in the middle of one of the Family accommodation blocks. It was spacious and dimly lit with charcoal flooring and walls, making it incredibly atmospheric. We were the only people there when we went, so we truly kicked back and relaxed. Finally, we took a dip in the hydrothermal circuit at the spa. Be prepared though, as they require you to wear a swim cap (provided), which my partner and I found very amusing and it made for a good selfie! The pool had several jacuzzis and water jets which cycled. It was a quiet and relaxing way to spend an hour. Activities/entertainment: musical entertainment was provided each evening in the Adults Only lobby. Although we wanted to try out the entertainment in the Family Area, when we went in for the first and only time, we were greeted by a wall of sound and realised it wasn't for us. Nonetheless, I am sure that the younger children and families would have enjoyed it, and there seemed to be a good variety each day. The only group activity we had a chance to participate in was 'Bubbles and Bracelets'. This was hosted by Caoimhe and Bethany, who were great fun and made it a very enjoyable hour. My partner and I also took the chance to try the mini golf, which was free and located a short walk from the resort, though we did have to pay for the Fanta Lemon afterwards! There were other activities on offer that we didn't have a chance to try, such as tennis, golf, climbing etc... Service: the standard of service throughout our entire stay was second to none - the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We even managed to lock ourselves out of the safe, and they were able to swiftly assist us to retrieve our passports! The housekeeping was outstanding and the room always smelt really fresh after it had been cleaned. A TUI Blue guide even waited and chatted with us whilst we were waiting for our transfer coach back to Palma Airport. Value for money: the resort simply provides outstanding value for money for a luxurious experience. The range of activities was vast and we never got bored. Points for improvement: whilst the minibar had a great selection of soft drinks, it would have been nice to have some alcoholic beverages in the Adults Only area. We were also disappointed that the milk in the room was powdered: for a 5-star hotel, this was rather disappointing. Though the labelling on the food for allergens seemed comprehensive, the labelling of vegetarian foods could have been clearer, and we accidentally ate meat on a couple of occasions. Despite having a good selection, we were also a bit disappointed by the standard of the coffee at the coffee shop. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the TUI Blue Sensatori Biomar, and we couldn't recommend it more highly. It was especially lovely to feel so safe as a visibly LGBTQ+ couple. We disagree with other reviews saying this should only be a 4-star hotel: it is undoubtedly a 5-star hotel in our minds. Thank you for a lovely holiday - we've already booked to return next year!

What's not to like, we stayed in the adults only building with a roof top pool, shared with 3 other rooms, the room was spacious and clean, and was cleaned daily and the minibar topped up daily with water and soft drinks, the adults only restaurant, served lovely food, only tried the Italian and Indian which were ok, the staff were friendly and helpful, we had breakfast in the family restaurant on our last day, and had we had to eat there daily the review would not be so good, the coffee at the bakery was the best, overall we would return

Absolutely love this hotel!!! It's our second year in a row here (we don't usually do that). Both times we had a junior suite with balconies. The kids using the fold out beds in the living area and a sliding door between sleeping areas (which is great!) All staff are superb, from the reception staff, to the cleaners and Waiting Staff at the bars and restaurants. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all so friendly! However Tomasz in the Altair restaurant has been exceptional, always smiling and welcoming. Happy to show us around on our first evening. He even remembered us from last year! The food is outstanding in quality & choice and catered for everyone, including fussy kids and Veggies/Vegans. Everything is kept clean and tidy, staff are visibly cleaning and maintaining the hotel. They all work damn hard!!! Entertainment is great for little kids and families. There are some good activities during the day for all ages as well. We enjoyed a really fun session of giant Jenga with Claudia and also enjoyed a mixology session but unfortunately I didn't catch the names of the Staff. There is entertainment later in the evenings for families (if they want to stay up late) and of course adults. We all enjoyed the silent disco last year and so were happy to attend another this year. Juke box bingo was also a firm favourite with many. I guess if I had to find fault, I would say that the Activities Pool was certainly cooler than last year, which everyone seemed to comment on. We were also disappointed to find that "La reserva" splash park just off sight had closed back in September this year, so we were unable to enjoy it this year. We will certainly keep this lovely Hotel on our list of places to visit again in the future although maybe next time it could be a shorter stay tagged on after a cruise? Thanks very much to all for another wonderful week from the Wells family

We’ve been to a couple of the Sensatori range now (Cyprus, Turkey and Mallorca) and this one does not meet the standards of the others and here is why: Tui staff were good, resort rep made a lot of effort to get to know you but hotel staff were not attentive. Restaurant staff didn’t clear the tables efficiently. I was a single mum with two small children and they gave me no help when trying to coordinate the buffet with my children. Pool bar staff were in their own world and would be wondering around the pool when there was a que at the Bar. One of the children’s reps was very abrupt and hard on the children. It certainly put my son off and he didn’t go back. Buffet restaurant - there wasn’t much variety of food, especially not for the children who were given chips/pasta and rice every night. For vegetarians very little choice. Food often ran out and areas were left messy. Bowls and plates would also run out. Fresh fruit was hard to come by. Labelling of the food was unclear and you were left trying to work out what dishes were. I didn’t visit the a La cartes so can’t comment. High chairs for babies were in terrible condition. Often with no straps. No trays at all so they had to eat from the table top. Definitely not cleaned well enough and not sanitised. Rooms - we had a deluxe suite and it was very lovely and spacious with two balconies. In block A it’s very noisy and you hear the entertainment until gone 11 which isn’t ideal with young children. Room 201 is near the stairwell so you also get the noise from that traffic. Hot water in the sinks took a long time to come through. Whirlpool bath is a waste of time, taking way too long to fill up. Shower was good. Housekeeping didn’t do our room for 2 days, not normally an issue but with nappy bags mounting up it wasn’t ideal. Mini bar top up was good. Baby cot was clean and safe. Two x TV’s in the room showing different channels but lots of English TV if you want it. Pools - the most disappointing thing of the holiday is that the pools were not heated. They were too cold to get in and it made entertaining the children very difficult. The hotel advertises a heated pool but it is not. We complained to reception and we’re just told it was the wind making it cold. Lots of children with blue lips and mine both came home with a cold. Spa pool Is for adults only. There are treatments for 4+ year olds but they can’t use other facilities. Baby pool area is not cleaned. Bird poo all Over the tiles, not ideal for a crawling baby. Bin was emptied regularly and drinks spillage was all around it encouraging the wasps which were a nuisance. Park is nice and the ground is great for crawling babies and young children. Kids club was very popular and hard to Book on to. We didn’t use it more than once as mentioned above.
