The hotel is nicely set on the beach, in the middle of the dunes. It is not far from Corralejo. The room was clean and comfortable, we had a sea view. The food is very good, they have lots of choice and it is of good quality, I was not dissapointed, it was much better than another RIU I went...

This hotel came highly recommended to us by friends who have stayed here many times. Although we did enjoy the hotel, and the staff were most attentive and professional, my husband was taken very ill on the 4th day of our holiday. I am sure it was something he had eaten at the buffet. I was ill as well but...

My wife and myself, both in our 60's, have been coming to this hotel for many years - but this last visit Feb 8th - Feb 15th 2017 will be our last. What drew us back year after year was the spectacular beach setting together with a quality hotel environment. The former still exists but sadly the latter doesn't. We...

Lovely week away at the Riu Tres Islas. Check-in was very smooth, however ee were not offered a complimentary glass of cava as all other groups seemed to be. Rooms were very clean and spacious, although beds were quite old and lumpy. Food in the restaurant was very good with a good variety daily. Overall a lovely relaxing break.

My husband and I stayed in this well run hotel for two weeks. Staff were very attentive of our requirements and customer service was good. Location was fantastic with stunning views. Food selection was of a good variety. However didn't like the two sittings for evening meals. The layout of the restaurant was too crowded with not enough food stations...

Everything about this hotel was excellent. After a long journey through delays we arrived at 11pm to a champagne welcome and a superb meal that had been arranged for us. Our room was lovely and we were delighted with the view towards Lanzarote. Food was perhaps the best we have ever had anywhere. The facilities were great and we never...

This was our second visit to this hotel within 4 months. The location right next to a long sandy beach but on a couple of occasions during our weeks stay the red flags were flying due to rough sea. The weather was nice and warm and a break from the dismal UK. The evening entertainment I'm afraid has not improved...

Just had a week in this hotel. Fab location and lovely pools . Very nice staff and the girl that runs the spa is very good. She is worth a visit. The rooms are basic but very clean . The food is average and after a week would never again want to see it . I also got food poisoning...

Rooms are large and well fitted. The food was excellent and with an a la carte restaurant at no extra cost. This was a half board holiday. Apart from the sister hotel and a couple of beach restaurants, there is nothing but sand, dunes and sea for many miles to the right and a three mile walsk along the beach...

Can't fault the quality of sservice or the overall quality of the hotel. We found the location very isolated as we like to stroll in to the nearest town but Corralejo is over an hour's walk on the fabulous beach. I would also add that. although the food is still very good, the standard seems to have dropped since our...
