We came for our third visit to the Maxorata just before Christmas for a very pleasant two week break. Check in was easy and we found out, after requesting a room with afternoon sun they had upgraded our room as we were returning customers and we were not disappointed.
It is very well placed with a five minute walk to a large supermarket to the left as you come out of reception and a five minute walk to the main drag to the right. The weather was spot on around 22c every day and the nights were pleasant to sit outside bars in just a sweater.
The staff in reception and the maids are all friendly and a special mention for Valeria on reception who was extremely helpful to us whenever we needed help and advice. I have no doubt we will be returning to these apartments.

Stayed early Feb, weather was excellent considering this is their winter! Forecast 20-22, actually 20-25 and no rain.
This hotel with very minor tweaks could be a strong 3*.
Positives: location is fantastic, plentiful bars, restaurants and beach within 5 minutes walk. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially by the pool. Pool itself is very nice, peaceful, with lots of sunbeds. Ideal kitchenette in room with toaster, hob, fridge, pots/pans. Room was cleaned every other day other than sundays. Beds are comfy and a powerful shower. Pool bar is well priced and good quality.
Negatives: Noise. Wow. What hotel allows their night staff to wheel euro bins around between 11pm-midnight by guests rooms, and emptying glass bottles?? We were woken up 5 times during our stay by this. Have some consideration for your guests. The walls are extremely thin, can hear other guests snoring and talking. The rooms are very dated and tired, our wardrobe shelves were broken with no doors, some ants in our kitchen area, shower leaks badly.
A small bit of investment and this hotel could be excellent. You get what you pay for. Would we stay again? Yes, but would look elsewhere first.

Just returned from a 10 day stay here and we really enjoyed it. Our room was a junior suite (18) and it was huge! Could probably do with a little bit of TLC in places but nothing to be concerned about. Pool area was reasonably quiet and pool bar was very reasonably priced, although it would have been nice if it stayed open a bit later to enjoy a night cap or two after an evening out. Rooms well equipped although no kettle, we found boiling a pan of water on the induction job actually quicker than a kettle anyway for a nice cuppa first thing in the morning. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was quite close to get to, town 5 minutes walk, but longer for beach in other direction. Shopping centre El Campario also about 5 minutes away with supermarket and shops and a few eateries.

Recently stayed here for 7 nights over new year. Apartments are a 5 min walk from everything, beach, bars and shops. Perfect location! We had a junior suite which was huge. Nice little touches like washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels etc. Maids came in 3 times during our stay. Staff in the smile pool bar are the friendliest you will meet and do everything they can to make you feel at home. Pool is salt water. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately be going back.

This is a 3 star apartment complex close to the main street in Corralejo so close to restaurants and bars. Its about 200 mts off the main street so is very quiet at night. Own swimming pool and very reasonably priced snack bar on site beside the pool with a reasonable range of food for lunches. They also do take away for the apartments. Very clean. Kitchen equipment a bit basic - 2 electric cooking rings and a microwave. TV has Spanish channels only so unless you have Spanish don't bother getting the remote control to operate it. Mattress was very soft so if you have a bad back you might want to consider that. Staff very friendly and helpful with advice on where to eat and where to take trips to. Overall a very good location withing short walking distance of the town with friendly staff and good value.

This place is ideally situated. It is far enough away from the action to be interrupted by any superfluous noise but close enough to join the throng, if you wanted to.
The complex is clean and tidy and the staff were all friendly. The apartment itself, was a good size with a spacious living/kitchen, bedroom & bathroom area. They are equipped with all the basics we needed ( minus a kettle but a pan, to boil water, was more than adequate).
The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath always had plenty of hot water. The cleaning staff visited every day.
There is a pool, which we never used as the usual self entitled, halfwits who tend to constantly commandeer the sunbeds, by putting their towels on 'their' loungers, were out in force everyday. You know the type....they never go out or explore further than the pool bar ( yes, there is one). In reality, I prefer the beach (10 minutes away), rather than picking up the self entitled's verrucas.
With reception being closed from 5pm, there are two gates at either end of the complex. A fob on the room key was your access back in.
All in all, this place was perfect for us. We only use places as a base because we are usually out all day. If people are looking to stay in & around the complex and not venture out, then this is going to be very limited in terms of entertaining you.
I would be happy to comeback again.

We had a lovely stay here recently, although an older well used complex we found it to be very clean indeed, it even had washing up liquid with a dishcloth, tea towel, and sponge supplied free of charge. We stayed in apartment number 26A which was upstairs accessed by a pretty steep short winding staircase with no handrails at all. No need to describe room facilities as they are accurately mentioned in the online descriptions available. The pool area was “okay” as was the pool itself even if it was mildly salted water. As already mentioned the place is older and well used and the poolside sun-beds could do with re-stringing or replacing as many were sagging making them uncomfortable. Staff maintaining and cleaning the complex need a special mention as they do a fantastic job especially the room maids. The poolside bar does decent typical food with the usual pizzas, burgers, chips, toasties etc, sadly no full cooked breakfasts though and it doesn’t open until 10 a.m. (Possibly Winter hours only) A bonus on the food front was the fresh “whole spit roast chickens” available for just 9.5 euros each, great value. A strange thing to us for a fully S/C complex is you had to hire a kettle on top of the price you’ve paid for your stay, very strange policy indeed. Like many other guests we spoke to we simply boiled water for our tea in a saucepan. If kettles were a health and safety issue then surely boiling water in a saucepan was far riskier, hmmm the mind boggles. We would certainly stay here again due to it’s location and proximity to the very good (Campanario) commercial centre a few minutes stroll away and access to the main strip. Overall a very enjoyable well needed Winter holiday on this 1st but hopefully not last visit to Fuerteventura and the fabulous Correlejo, many thanks Maxorata Beach.

Just returned for an 8 night stay at Maxorata Beach. Having been to Corralejo many times ( mostly All Inclusive) we decided on a self catering break this time to take advantage of all Corralejo has to offer.
Maxorata Beach is perfectly located just off the main strip where there are loads of restaurants offering many different options with local, Tex-mex,Chinese, Indian and British Pub type meals available at fair prices. Nightlife is lively with singers and bands playing in bars and at the main square near the harbour
The apartments are basic, but very spacious and clean, offering a really relaxing break. There's a lovely pool with a nice pool bar offering snacks, and also a couple of sunbathing areas with sunbeds.
The staff are all lovely, apartments are cleaned most days with new towels and bedding changed regularly.
We had a great chilled out time and will return at some point.
Recommended, but don't expect The Ritz !

Stayed here twice before. And had to go back again!
Speedy checking in. Polite and helpful reception staff. I emailed the hotel 10 days prior and requested a certain apartment (48) as we stayed there before and they didn’t disappoint. The apartment has been newly renovated with good decoration. The family suites with a pool view are essentially a two story house! And you get the whole thing. Downstairs comprises of a toilet with shower, a well equipped kitchen, a large living area with tv which leads onto a private patio with chairs. Uostairs are two well sized double bedrooms, one with a walk in wardrobe and a large bathroom with bath / shower and a huge workspace with sink. One bedroom has a pool view plus a balcony and the rear has a view of a solarium area. The apartment/duplex did not disappoint. Point to note, you just pay for the tv however thete is free wifi throughout the hotel. The pool is very cold and you need to get a sunbed earlier in the day for a decent spot however they free up periodically if you’re quick. Thete is a poolside bar serving hot and cold drinks plus a snack menu. Again great staff and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every other day.

Location wise -
10 min walk to beach
5 min walk to start of the main strip / street
5 min to a Burger King

My wife and I along with some friends stayed at the Maxorata beach apartments and were pleasantly surprised at the size and standard of the accommodation.
Check in was very quick and the reception staff were very efficient and friendly.
The apartments were very spacious, with a large lounge / dining area, large bedroom with two large single beds and a very large bathroom. In addition we had a small patio area at the entrance door with patio furniture.
The complex has free WiFi throughout and this worked reliably during our stay.
The pool area and sun terrace were very pleasant but not particularly large. This was not an issue during our stay but I would imagine it being very busy during high season.
The pool bar was excellent, serving a decent selection of food and drinks. Again the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall good value basic accommodation
