Nice suites very roomy with a lot of of wardrobe space, plenty of loungers round the pools, good food and choice in the buffets Near the beach but quite a walk to the town although worth it. There is entertainment but I cannot comment as I did not participate.

This was a great place to spent our holiday. There was good variety of food and drinks and the staff was very service minded and nice. The hotell is just a short walk from the beach. We recommend this hotell.

All the staff were friendly and spoke to you, my room was spacious and comfortable, the only downside was having to drag my cases up two flights of stairs, pool areas always clean and plenty of sun beds although I did go in late November, food was plentiful and always something for everyone’s taste, found my way to the shore via a 20 minute walk along the beach front, but well worth the trek

Comfortable room. Everywhere very clean. Lovely choice of areas, some peaceful, some with activities and music. Luis and the entertainment team made our holiday extra special. I enjoyed his aqua-gym, dance classes and the evening shows. Great fun and he always had a smile and friendly greeting for us. Thank you all 😎👍🏻

Pros: - spacious room - Nice sun beds at favourite club - clean pools Cons: - food: poor choice, extremely salted, very minimal snacks (pastries and lunch leftovers), my favourite restaurant same as buffet food just in portions delivered to table. A La Carte very unclear how to book. - cleaning: horrendous room cleaning. Got injured with glass shatter that must have been carried on a mop by cleaner. Collected glass ourselves, left on side of table it remained there for a week untouched. Sinks always left dirty. - pool: deck is falling apart at my favourite section, tripped several times. - drinks: horrendous choice, chemical cocktails that all taste the same, stuck with Sangria. (Can buy that in a shop for 2euro) iced coffee extra cost. - staff: very rude. At the pool bar feel like you are doing something wrong when asking for a drink. At the restaurant we were treated very rudely when beeper didn't work, and when trying to book a la carte instead of explaining the procedure got an eye roll. When reported shattered glass initial reception reaction was very defensive. - check in: my favourite club has designated seating for check in, yet we were still moved to the main counter. Same for check out. My favourite club is advertised with late check out it does however come with price and availability. …

We had to write a review because we had read some before our trip that made us giggle but a little bit nervous - and we couldn’t think of one bad thing to say whilst we were there. We were welcomed into the expansive and open foyer and given all the information needed. Our room was tucked away through the landscaped walkways. It was clean, spacious and modern. The food in the main buffet restaurant was tasty and there is plenty of choice - a little repetitive but we only stayed 4 days. The a la carte restaurant made for a nice evening to get dressed up and have some wine from a bottle! The pool bar had nice snacks all day, and if you don’t like instant coffee (guilty) you can put money on your room card and purchase proper coffee that way. We worked our way through the all inclusive alcohol list and there is ample drinks and several bars to enjoy them from. There are also several pools which you can visit depending on your mood - some are lively and interactive, some with music some without. The entertainment team worked tirelessly around the clock and were very friendly and inclusive of everyone that wanted to join the fun. There is a small gift shop inside and a supermarket just outside both of which are fully stocked and reasonably priced. The beach is a 2 minute walk and there are all sorts of rocky, pebbly and sandy coves. Although swimming is a bit treacherous because of the volcanic rocks underneath. Town is charming and has endless bars cafes and eateries - something for every taste. The weather was predicted cloudy but was 90% sun. The air con in the room you could choose to turn on or off, which was a pleasant surprise. There is even an app to download to your phone so any issues/requests you have can be immediately rectified and all the timings etc are on there. Everything was thought of and we really were able to relax. I believe it was around half full which meant there were enough people around to feel buzzy but never a queue. I would definitely recommend to a friend! We had such a lovely time :) …

An enjoyable week in this hotel. Hotel is very clean. The grounds are very well kept and the staff are extremely friendly apart from one lady on the reception desk. There are lots of food choices although the food wasn’t always as warm as maybe it should have been. The only thing I didn’t like was the cockroaches in the room.
