We went here a second time and it was as good as the first time though a little bit more crowded of course. Last time was january 2021 celebrating my fiancee's 50 th birthday and now this time mine 50th birthday. Very excellent service from all of the staff. From hotell, manager, reception, breakfast staff, cleaning staff. Everybody has a very "nothing is impossible"-mindset and everybody is amazingly service minded. Beautiful views with evening sun on the terrace. Breakfast has everything and on my birthday we had a wonderful champagne breakfast at the terrace. Top floor restaurant also very good. If we should be extremely picky the only downside is the pretty small gym without any windows.

We had a perfect stay and will be for sure be back a third time.
Thanks Radisson!
Regards Anna&Mikael

Really enjoyed our 6 night break here, it’s a quality hotel right on the sea, beautiful sea views, beautifully kept grounds including a good quality tennis court and coach, ( Thank you Andreas )
I was apprehensive pre visit because the booking process was poor, I was getting different pricing from 3 separate parts of Radisson with an Unhelpful website the worst culprit, surely they must realise posting ridiculous rates on the main website will deter people, I finally after numerous phone calls and emails got a very good deal direct from the hotel, Hint , deal directly with the hotel
We were upgraded to a Suite which was superb, the booking in process was flawless, glass of Cava etc, hotel grounds are picture perfect, nice heated swimming pool plus another for macho swimmers which was unheated which kept the small number of children out of it.
We were on a Half Board basis which I would recommend as the Canaria buffet restaurant provided excellent food and service for breakfast and dinner, although the weather was a little chilly you could dine al fresco with the benefit of very efficient patio heaters. Restaurant service was efficient and courteous even though it was self service, staff were eager to help, there are restaurants in walkable distance of the hotel but they are not up to the quality of the hotels restaurant and are more expensive, good selection of Spanish wines at verY reasonable prices. Also the walk to the other restaurants are via some dark unlit areas which are unnerving
There is a fabulous supermarket in the hotel which stocks everything other than fresh meat and fish, perfect tout in .the room fridge for lunch if you desire but the pool bar is very nice and provides a nice lunch menu by the sea.
Gym very good and Spa excellent if a little expensive, would have used that more if a bit cheaper
All in all an excellent hotel with high standards where they are very attentive to customers in a very pleasant setting excellent for a winter break, we will return

This is our second visit to the hotel and we took family and fiends with us this year. Once again the service was impeccable. The staff really cannot do enough for you. We were there during the Corona Virus and all precautions were taken to ensure our wellbeing. Our rooms were of ample size and being above the 6 floor ensured we had wonderful views (a request on booking that the hotel took on board). One of the pools is supposed to be heated but it was still rather chilly. My father needed disability access and the hotel has everything covered - even hiring equipment was easy and relatively inexpensive. The location is good with a few local shops and restaurants/bars to keep you occupied for a week, although the half board option in the hotel was more than adequate.

My partner and I spent 5 days in this beautiful resort, and we couldn't be happier! The hotel is superb, super clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
One evening we were looking for something more gourmet (unfortunately the area doesn't shine for restaurants), and Mario in reception suggested a restaurant in Arguineguin—just 10 mins drive from the Radisson. The food was amazing!

The hotel wasn't full due to COVID restrictions, and we were able to enjoy the pool (there are 3 pools), and some lovely breakfast with a sea view.
The only downside was the buffet (breakfast and dinner), not many choices, but we knew that it was all due to the pandemic and we couldn't complain—every member of staff worked at their very best to make sure all the guests were looked after properly.

Cleanliness was spot on, and we always felt safe—there were sanitising stations at every corner and they specifically required everybody to wear a mask when walking down corridors and public spaces.

We would definitely come back once the world situation gets stable again because we had a great experience!

I am currently sat on the balcony taking in the beautiful view for one last time before we leave and thought I’d write a review!

Room
We stayed for a week in a one bedroom suite, bed and breakfast. The room has a separate bedroom, plenty of storage and a very handy kitchen area with dishwasher. The balcony is the showstopper though. It’s huge with a 4 seater rattan dining set, 2 loungers and a spectacular view. We’re on the 6th floor which is about half way up. We found this perfect as we’ve got a great view of the sea, can hear the waves but also have a good view of the pool area below. We don’t fly home until late tonight and we’ve just been down to reception and they said we can have the room until 6pm which is amazing!

Food
Breakfast is lovely. There’s a chef making omelettes and eggs, plenty of choice and the Cava was good too! The restaurant inside is nice and the outdoor area overlooks the sea. We also ate at the pool bar most days and the food was good. Also does great cocktails. Service in both restaurants was exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone made a real effort with my 2 and 4 year old. There is also a spa shop inside the hotel with everything you could need which is really handy.

Pool
There is a small kids pool which is nice and warm but what we didn’t realise is that there is a large section of the pool next to it that is really shallow too. My 2 and 4 year old could stand up in both and enjoyed going between the two. Not a problem getting sunbeds. There isn’t any music around the pool so there’s a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The sun beds on the grass overlooking the sea were a nice option too. The grounds are immaculate. The maintenance staff were constantly touching up paint, arranging the stoned areas, cleaning the tiles etc.

222 restaurant
This doesn’t belong to Radisson but it is on the top floor of the hotel and I would definitely recommend a visit for a holiday treat. It’s a bit more expensive but worth it for the service, standard of food and beautiful views. My husband said it was the best burger he’s ever had! You can also just visit the bar area too - I would recommend the almond martini!

Local area
We went to Anfi most nights which is about a 10 minute walk away. It’s got a selection of about 5 restaurants and a couple of cafes that are open in the day. The beach is fab and the water is so clear! The kids loved it as at about 7 o clock each night, they brought out things for the kids to play with e.g spinning plates, tug of war, balls etc. which was then followed by a mini disco. You can also catch the boat from Anfi to Arguinegen, Puerto Mogan and Puerto Rico.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and great value for money, although I think we got a cheap deal due to the spa being renovated while we were here.

Thank you Radisson for a fantastic stay!

Just got back from a week here travelling with my husband, 2 sons age 15 and 12 and my mum in law. It was totally amazing from start to finish. We had a superior 2 bedroom suite which was absolutely huge. The little touches like dressing gowns, slippers, coffee machine and pods, bathroom toiletries and bottles of water in the apartment were really appreciated as was our welcome bottle of cava.
The staff here are brilliant!! The reception staff, maintenance, cleaners plus all the pool bar and restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful it made it such a pleasurable experience.
There are a few restaurants either side of the hotel which we did visit but I have to say the hotel buffet restaurant La Canaria was great. It was 30 euros per person but it was all you can eat - so starters, mains and desserts were all included. The food choice was excellent. There was something for everyone so we found it worth the money. Just one useful tip for hotel staff if they read this is that some labelling on the hot buffet choice would be useful. I was fine as I eat anything but if someone was a bit fussier then it would help them know what everything is.
Breakfast in the same restaurant was amazing too!! So much choice and of high quality that everyone can eat there happily!
We weren’t being picked up until 1700 so I was able to arrange a courtesy room for an hour so we could have a shower after being in the pool earlier in the day. This made it so much easier for us.
This hotel and its staff go out of their way to do everything they can for you to make your holiday a memorable one. They all deserve medals!!
I would return tomorrow if it was possible!!
Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu team!

Fabulous hotel! We had a late check-in but received a warm welcome with complimentary drinks. We had a one-bedroomed suite, this was a very generous size, large dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom was very large with mega sized bed, robes and slippers in the wardrobe, there was also a safe. Large TV in both bedroom & living area. Amazing views from the balcony, nice table and chairs to sit out and an airer to dry swim wear, complimentary beach towels to use also. Bathroom had a generous sized shower which was nice and powerful. Breakfast was superb, all staff friendly and helpful, amazing choice at breakfast, something for everyone, lots of items suited to kids e.g waffles, churros, pancakes. We did use the pool bar several times for either drinks, snacks or sit down meals, food was reasonably priced and delicious, just a shame in the evenings there weren’t more people using the pool bar to give it more atmosphere, but again superb staff and service. Couple of times we used the rooftop bar, this had amazing views and friendly service. Pool area was very clean, staff started early ensuring all areas were tidy, plenty of choice of pool areas, toddler pool, both shallow and deep pools, you didn’t need to reserve sun beds as several times we didn’t get to the pool until after lunch and there were plenty of loungers available either poolside or on the grassy area, although we did witness some people putting towels out early. We made good use of the Spar shop located in the actual hotel, good choice and friendly service. There is a gate which you could use with your keycard to access the local beach and walk along the promenade, taking you to restaurants etc. Couple of times we used the games room, playing pool and air hockey, this was kept clean and tidy. Hotel was only 7 mins drive (6 euros in taxi) to Puerto Rico, we went a few times to Mogan Mall, a small mall with shops and restaurants, quite nice for a trip out. This hotel was ideal for a relaxing week, the staff in every area of the hotel were helpful and friendly, we would definitely return to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, staff and food very good. However they don’t seem to be able to keep the food hot at the buffet breakfast and room service food was cold. The pool area is very nice with a heated outdoor pool, A little overpriced coming in at 250€ per night but if you are wanting something a little bit special then go for it.

Professional and friendly outstanding experience. Great service and a team dedicated to please guests in every occasion. We truly enjoyed our stay throughout the week. The only aspects that can be improved are: Raise the temperature in the pool with 2-3 degrees. Remove the servicestation in the outside breakfast area and move it inside beyond the sight of the guests. In addition, the beds are somewhat too soft for my preference. Otherwise, 10 out 10. Thanks.

This was our second visit and honestly it’s fine but not 5 stars services.
Starting from the start we book through jet2 holidays and we requested a superior room with a sunny terrace balcony as in our previous visit we had issues not just our room was dirty but also very limited for sunbathing, this time they try to push us down were the children area is on the grown floor ( we are a middle age couple not a young family ) after various attends finally they give us a room that we had sun from 10-30 till about 4 pm so not bad. We also had an inside to were we got stuck in the main entrance of the under grown car park. After visiting a family member we got back to the hotel at around 12.15 am, gone through the main electric gate down on a slip bend narrow road to find our self stuck with the underground Carpark door closed. Oh dear we can’t reversed as it’s really dificult and narrow road, I had to wait and call reception we're they say that the underground carpark closes at 12.00 am and that they will get to call the security to let us in!! Waited and after five minutes this security shown up to tell me that I was lucky I will be let in as they closed. At 12.00am I responded first if this is the case why there is nothing mentioning such and also why the electric barrier open and let me in and them the doors are closed? I was not impressed and so I decided to mentioned to the reception at our last day. On our first visit 2 years ago after our problem we found ourself feeling over look by the staff everytime we mention our name in the restaurant etc and we left feeling like we done something wrong even do I told reception to please tell the staff not to make such a effort as we were happy with the outcome of the general manager solution. So in all we keep ourself to ourself in one week only one lady at reception say good day. I don't think we be staying again 2 times with issues!!!! On a 5 starts Hotel were what we expected was just a quiet relaxation holidays ahh by the way very very sad don't expect to have bananas at breakfast time as they never have and I do that get why as Gran Canaria were I was born bananas or platanos as we call them are the main fruit of this island!!!!!!!! Ahh the pillows are like marshmallow so soft we can't see each other's head at bed time lol seriously it's not a terrible hotel it's fine but definitely they need to solve some issues and give customers the 5 stars 🌟 they pay for
