Sunwing Arguineguín Seafront is a modern family-friendly hotel, perfectly located by the sea in the outskirts of the idyllic fishing village Arguineguín. The hotel has an inviting pool area with both baby pool and kids' pool overlooking the sea. The hotel has two restaurants, a buffet restaurant and family-friendly Miguel's Kitchen & Grill, which serves an assortment of dishes to fit all tastes. There is also a bar and a Mini Market & Deli where you can buy groceries, sweets and everything else you might need for your apartment. Sunwing Arguineguín Seafront is the perfect choise if you like to stay active during your holiday. Here you find a gym with exercises machines and free weights, fitness classes and a tennis court. If you would like to pamper yourself the spa offers a range of treatments. For the youngest guests there is several of activities. They can meet Lollo & Bernie, play and watch movies at Mini Land or participate in fun games arranged by our activity hosts. The older kids and teenagers can entertain themselves with PlayStation or take part in creative activities or sports games like pool and outdoor chess. Several nights a week our show team performs entertaining children's shows followed by a disco for the youngest children and family shows. A very good hotel for a family vacation, we enjoyed staying 2 weeks there during the summer. A lot of activities for the kids and adults. The staff is very service-oriented, the food was varied and good, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is also located conveniently with a bus stop close to the hotel. The buses take you to several nice beaches, Aqualand, Palmitos Park etc.

There are not enough words to describe how spectacular the Sunwing Arguineguin is. If you need a place to get away from busy life, the Sunwing Hotel is the place. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and have super comfortable beds so one is refreshed after a good night sleep. But more importantly, one is mentally refreshed knowing that every little detail has been taken care of by the meticulous staff. The staff is truly outstanding – Alfredo is so welcoming at the front to the efficient front desk, helpful and very knowledgeable. We stayed two weeks, enjoyed our stay big rooms, really good hotel, amziang swimming pools, we had great food experience Big Thank you to Juan Carlos the manager was amazing, always wanted to make guest's happy, hummble, his team in service warmth, competence beaming towards the guests, on top of all the factual perfection in the cleanness and great quality materials and feeling of discreet luxury, We highly recommend to stay. …

Of all the Sunwing Hotels, this is our favorite! We have been here 3 times so far and might go back for a 4th time next summer. The pool is the most fantastic thing about this hotel, big, clean and with two areal for smaller kids. The hotel itself is newly renovated so the rooms are modern, clean and appealing. The staff is helpful and the buffet restaurant has the best food of all the Sunwing hotels we tried. Kids have a great time, there are plenty of activities. Make sure you also take a taxi to Puerto Rico and visit the Angry Birds Activity Park, if you have kids ages 0-12 they will love this place!

Amazing hotel for families! Everything is great in this hotel. It is smoke free hotel and we really liked that. You can enjoy your balcony without smoke from other balconies. We had all inclusive. Food was good, almist great. Snacks were good, only ice creams were out if stock sometimes. Plenty of varieties to eat, both to kids and adults. They have orange juice maker so you can have fresh orange Juice at breakfast as much as you like! Family hotel so no drunken people around even when drinks are free. We had only alcohol free drinks and they were great, they use fresh mint and everything is tasty. Evening shows were ok. Lollo and Bernie ok and international kids club but almost everything is still in swedish. Swimming pools are heated and open from the early morning. Life guard was making his job well. Room was spotless, good water pressure and always hot water available. Bed was great and they have real blanket and duvet covers. Room is spacious enough. There is not a proper beach. But if you take a look on your left when at hotel, and walk about 300 m you find nice beach. It is very suitable for small children because it is free of waves, sandy bottom and we didn't see anything sharp in the water. Water is also really shallow. This beach is not connected fully to the sea, it is some kind of tide pool. Amazing with kids!! All in all we will be going back! The staff is great, location is great. had people place sunbeds on the edge of the pool in front of us (child area). kindly adked the pool guard to take care of it. he said it was no problem for them to sit as they please. would have expected the guard to atleast acknowledge the issue instead of making us in the wrong.

Excellent stress-free stay with a toddler in a “Happy Baby” room, next to the reception. Great really warm pools, great staff and excellent care of detail when you contact them 2 weeks in advance about your allergies. Then the restaurant manager goes through with you and discusses with you how and what you would like to eat (or your kid in our case). While this allergies and being a vegetarian can be discussed with generally all the hotels we’ve been to, I found this hotels restaurant and kitchen staff above and beyond the normal. An example of this was the various vegetarian milk options and gluten free bakery products available to you at breakfast time! Helps if you speak Spanish, but they spoke English very well as well at the restaurant. Reception staff have people who know Swedish,Finnish, Norwegian etc. so ask for their help translating if really necessary. We went with their breakfast,lunch and dinner option (not all inclusive thank goodness) and found it a struggle to get an appetite before the next meal time again. Stayed at the hotel for the whole week except for day walks to the Spar and Spar natural (which we absolutely loved!!) in the village. Recommend doing this rather than using the on-site mini market.…

Excellent please to stay with children. Many activities and large pool area. Food is also good with huge selection. Also many restaurants near by. Ferry close by to take you to Mogan or Puerto Rico. Walking distance to Anfi with great beach clubs

We’re just home from a great week. This was our first time going to Gran Canaria in January, and staying at this particular resort and neither disappointed. We’ve stayed previously at the Sunwing in Cala Bona (no longer Sunwing), OBC in Playa del Cura, OBC in Cyprus, and OBC in Crete so we were well versed on what to kind of expect. And having discussed we feel that this Sunwing and the OBC in Cyprus that have come out on top for us, and ones we’d stay at again. Here’s what we found: The resort here is 30 mins from the airport (never doing that 2hrs transfer again - I’m looking at you OBC Crete!). The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was top notch. Whilst the hotel was also fully booked, it didn’t feel crowded. It was always possible to find a lounger or get a table for meals. It was January so a lot of people wanted to sit indoors for breakfast when it was chillier, and we only found that not possible one morning. The food, whilst still all inclusive quality, had a wide choice every mealtime so something for most tastes. We had room 615, which was a Big Family room. Was very spacious, gave us plenty of room and a great view of the sea and pool. I’d read reviews mentioning the road noise from the bedrooms, and honestly the only time you noticed it was weekdays in the mornings and it was like a low hum as the sound dampening works very well. Obviously, if you sleep with the window open, it’d be a different story. The resort has a lot of fee activities. My kids are 7 and 10. We used the mini land most days it was open in the mornings, the table tennis tables (one inside and another outside by the bar) and were popular with our two, the bonus of the free pool table inside (there’s a paid one by the pool too) was a real bonus, although the cloth had seen better days. We walked along the path by the hotel into Arguineguin for the Tuesday market, among other things, and then another day for the man made beach. This was lovely and actually made me realize that there just was no traffic noise whatsoever along the resort front. For anyone thinking of hiring a car, parking through the tunnel and up the hill. Parking on the day we arrived (Saturday) was tricky as it seems a lot of campervans arrive Friday night and stay the whole weekend, so we ended up parking closer to a neighboring report up that hill, but the rest of the week we got to park closer to the hotel as it got less busy again. Overall a fabulous week, and I’m missing the weather and the fact I need to get up and make breakfast for the family.…

Perfect hotel to travel with children. Fresh and spacious rooms and friendly staff who were used to working in an environment with lots of children. Lollo & Bernie was a success for our three year old. Entertainment, children's pools and playgrounds. Great food and drinks. Would not recommend a younger couple to go here, but for a family with children there is probably no better place.

You really don’t need to leave the hotel for your entire trip. From Miguel’s kitchen to all other amenities you really can just enjoy your stay. The kids can play in all sorts of places, and ours love it. The food is of good quality, not Michelin class. The vine lists suffers, and the best vine is the house vine. We keep coming back here 😊
