The site was kept spotlessly clean by a small army of staff who worked tirelessly. Our accommodation was supplied by Siesta Holidays, it was a little tired but perfectly adequate and the reps were very helpful.

My only real issue was space at the pool. The second pool was closed the day after we arrived, presumably as it was getting past peak season. The remaining pool as a result was too crowded and noisy, it was impossible to swim there was only enough room for a dip to cool down. Loads of families there who didn't seem to mind, and all the kids were having a ball in what is a family oriented environment so maybe we just chose the wrong place. In any case it was enough to put us off returning.

The campsite itself is great. It is lively, pools are lovely and close to shops and the beach. However, the accomodation we booked directly through Camping la Masia is very disappointing. It is outdated, very dark and badly needs upgrading. The kitchen facilities are appalling and really not suitable for a family of 5 to cook or function in. There is only a 2 ring gas cooker, no oven, no kettle, a tiny fridge with a freezer that is so small it can only hold 1 bag of ice. There are very few cooking utensils provided and it is impossible to cook a family meal here. There is literally nowhere to store food. We would certainly return here but would book with a company who operate mobile homes here. On previous holidays we have always stayed in mobile homes and the campsite accommodation was superior to the mobiles. That is certainly not the case in Camping La Masia as the accomodation is not fit for purpose for a family.

We had a great time with Lifestyle here, the reps in particular were superb. Mobile home was comfortable, clean and really cool thanks to air on. The pools were a bit crowded for us but it was peak season. We loved the cleanliness of the site, the location - was lovely and quiet at night despite being really busy. Great excursions to Marineland and great little train stop outside campsite. Big supermarket within 10 min walk and smaller supermarket on site. Great English Bar Tropicana outside the site and Irish bar around the corner.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom bungalow with siesta lifestyle as our reps at the resort. Jenny and Jim were so helpful during our stay ( also Ross & Daniel!) So we were near the back of the resort but right beside the pool I think this was probably one of the best areas of this large resort. The resort was busy but it was July so I would expect that, our Mobile was new and well equipped with everything we needed. Aircon in the main area was perfect and helped to keep bedrooms cool enough at night . There is a bakery and shop on site or a 5 minute walk out the back entrance were 2 large supermarkets. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We flew into Girona and out of Barcelona El prat with easy transfers to and from each. Blanes is a lovely town with a beautiful promenade walk about 30 minutes long with outdoor and indoor eating options and a market stall shopping area with local crafts and jewelry. Lots of boats trips which leave from the beach and can be booked with your rep or at offices along the beach front.

Stayed here August 2023. Nice accommodation under trees, ok swimming pools, abysmal entertainment. Campsite is reasonable enough, centrally located, clean, well maintained. We had problems with our shower, which the campsite management couldn’t fix. Campsite is mostly French, Spanish and Dutch, with a few from the British Isles.

Campsite is a nice 25 min walk along the seafront to Blanes which is family orientated and has a wealth of restaurants, so good for our teenagers to explore. There is little nightlife. But be warned whilst the granular beach is ok to lie on the sand is no good for sandcastles.

The entertainment in the evening at the campsite, is probably the worst I’ve ever seen, so much so that we completely avoided it after the first two nights. On the Friday, we saw what I think was supposed to be a clown show, with an audience that was clearly asleep. Then on Saturday night a talent show if you can call it that solely featuring dancing children jumping up and down on stage to dire euro trash music. Bizarrely 1000 people crowded around the pool watching, I guess they don’t know what good entertainment is… it’s a shame the campsite didn’t have a good bar or any live music.

We stayed at Eurocamp which we like. The reps Steve and Judy were great, really friendly and helpful. There were six of us 3 adults 2 teens and an 11 year old. The azure unit was comfortable. The areas really reasonable price wise we went to the Tropicana bar next to the site for a half litre of beer a huge rum and coke and 2 soft drinks was 13 euros which is about 2.50 cheaper than id pay in the uk. The heat and humidity was high but the units have great a/c.

Positives = excellent location. Car rental not required if you get transfers to/from airport. Campsite is situated in the town and beautiful beach is 5 minute walk from site. Pools are nice but smaller than some of the other sites so I imagine they are very busy in July and August.
Negatives = the site restaurant staff have to be the worst and rudest I have ever come across. They definitely did not want to serve us. All of them avoided eye contact and when we eventually got one of their attention they told us rudely to wait one minute and never came back. I must stress the restaurant wasn't busy at the time and I can understand why. We ended up leaving and going to a lovely restaurant 5 minute walk away in the town. The restaurant staff let this site down badly.

As you can see from the reviews, this is not a great resort. Its MASSIVELY overcrowded, has VERY POOR customer service and is completely overrun with people who really don't care about anyone else (Ie, it's cheap). Avoid. Blanes is a fantastic place and there are loads of way better places to base yourselves.

Can’t speak highly enough of the family friendly atmosphere, laid back feel and quality of this site. You would never know that whilst two streets away from the beach you were essentially in a suburban area. The site is huge, but easy to navigate and find all the amenities you would need. Whilst not being directly aimed at British tourists there is enough anglicisation to get by and even with a language barrier, staff are really friendly and helpful.

We stayed with siesta lifestyle Jenny was very helpful with any queries throughout our stay. The mobile was clean, spacious and included A/C. One negative -there was no gate on the patio area so wasnt able to leave toddler out.
Campsite facilities in general were good and very clean all the time. Entertainment at night was poor we actually didn't bother with it as so poor.
Campsite location is perfect, only 5 minutes stroll to beach and town of Blanes where lovely restaurants and shops

We are currently here with eurocamp. Very close to pool, restaurant, supermarket and entrance to the beach. Can't comment on the other operators but looking at the map we are the closest.

We flew with ryanair to Girona so slightly different but have a look at resorthoppa, we use them every time. There were 4 adults and 1 child last year + luggage, we were in a minibus and it was 90 euros return door to door.
