We stayed there for three nights in September and although the hotel was quite busy it never seemed crowded as there is plenty of space for everyone. We had a ground floor room which was large and comfortable and had a terrace opening onto the garden. We booked B&B so I can only comment on the breakfast which was very good and varied. There is free onsite parking for hotel guests and it's just a two minute walk to the beach or there is a lovely hotel pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Needing somewhere to stay for a few nights near Giron's I had two in the country and thought I would treatyself to a resort Awful ! Check in supposed to be two when I get there no_ maybe half hour maybe not ! Tired stressed just want to get changed and go to the pool ! Si went to the bar to have a drink _ waited several minutes for a barman who was soooo miserable ! I try to speak Spanish _ can get along to be polite but not interested ! Eventually get in my room change and go for quick swim Later order room service _ really small menu _ 30 mins arrives' spaghetti _ sauce bland _ spaghetti stuck in one mass _ really !? Then put air con on as hot _ no not working ! So after calling reception they move me about 9 at night oh joyous ! one girl helped me _. I've of her _but STL not good ! Breakfast average _ not busy but ranout of cups, hot milk and the omelette had dhl in it t! The buildings around the (nice) pool have quite s lot of mound on them and the gardens are average Beach opposite no character bar shut and no beds _ Def not worth the money way now 4 stars and only 3 members of staff nice!…

They have nice rooms and a decent breakfast spread. The beach is just within the property, although was deserted this time of the year.Cycles are available on rent Well connected to all major beaches at Costa brava.

This hotel is ok, with a very nice, big landscape pool and quiet green surroundings. Rooms very basic but clean and quiet. Food overall good, with every evening another theme. Personel overall friendly EXCEPT one man who ruined several meals for us: the guy who did the ‘showcooking’, with the greased black-grey hair combed back, was very rude and unpolite to all the guests. We witnessed him saying people who were asking for an omelet to come back in 5 minutes because he was ‘busy backing pancakes’. It is clear that this man hates his job, and a minimum degree of friendliness is too much effort for him. I hope the management of the hotel has at least a good word with him!

It's started with our arrival. My family got in to the resort later than expected and we had a reservation at a nearby michelin starred restaurant. Since we were going to be late I asked the hotel to call the restaurant for us and tell them that we would arrive a little later than our reservation. The lady never heard of the place even though it was 10 minutes away n one of the better restaurants I have ever been to( as it turned out. ) After dinner that 1st night we returned to our Room which was being trampled by hundreds of little tiny ants. When we asked them if we could change our Room they told us that we could but it would be a smaller Room and we would have to bring our bags (which we brought up to our Room by ourselves ,no help from the hotel) to the new Room. We woke in our kind of flimsy Room and helped ourselves to a fairly good buffet breakfast and then made our way to the nearby beach. Keep in mind it is called a beach resort. When we arrived I had to find someone who could bring us a set of chairs to one of the available umbrellas by the water. Once I did and the young man helped us to 4 chairs he told us that we would have to pay €25. 5 for each of the chairs and another 5 to be under an umbrella. When I asked him to charge it to our Room, we could not. You must pay cash. Really sickening in my opinion. This is still our 1st day. I will write another review at the end of this Stay. I promise if it gets better I will let you know…
