I enjoyed my stay at Enfield.
Travel lodge the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were polite and professional and helpful at all times especially Emma who was so pleasant and helpful. Also another important thing for.me it was great that the lodge has windows that open to safe level. The open window made the room smell fresh which was really nice

This weekend was my second stay at this hotel in 2 weeks and I was not disappointed. There is always plenty of space on the car park which is helpful and on arrival I was greeted by a polite man called Victor. He allowed me to choose the floor I wanted to stay on and advised that if there was anything he could do to ensure a relaxing stay then I should ask. Later that day there was a female member of staff who I also found to be bubbly and polite and thought that when she was dealing with an issue with a group of young people who were clearly under age, she handled it with professionalism.
Well done to all the staff.
And thankyou to the cleaners who are doing an excellent job of maintaining good standards in the rooms and in the corridors.
I will be back!

Really great deal on the hotel room. Staff really attentive. Sadly the traffic noise from the Great Cambridge Road was constant. The staff provided ear plugs for free but the noise was still audible. An investment in triple glazing for the rooms road side would be worth considering.

I had a sleepless night at travelodge Enfield. Inadequate sound proofing meant that traffic noise could be heard until at least 1.30am. The free ear plugs provided did little to aid sleep. The room’s heating system had to be completely turned off because it was so noisy. A fellow guest was seen walking a large dog in the corridor. I Wouldn’t have thought that dogs were allowed in a hotel?

Very good stay and excellent value. Parked car £5 a day had a rear room so no road noise and room was fine and clean. The only grip was the room was hot and so the window had to be open throughout our two night stay. No aircon in room so I most definitely would not stay here in warm weather.

Breakfast was excellent value and an on site bar. Train station is 15 min walk and an easy journey to Spurs and central London.

Staff were all customer focused, friendly and efficient.

Great stay!

Easy to find just off the A10 with a large free carpark
We had 2 family rooms both large and roomy and reasonably clean. As with all this type of hotel the attention to detail clean..corners, skirting boards etc..could have been better but otherwise pretty good.
The rooms we had did not have wardrobes just a rack with a few hangers but that is just a minor criticism.

Unusually the Travelodge is still very busy, presumably with construction site workers judging by the many vans in the car park. Several people were checking in not wearing masks as I arrived which concerned me as it is a legal requirement to protect others. In the room there was a free standing convection heater with a missing leg, given that this had been left in place when the room was serviced and was an obvious danger I was not at all confident the room had been adequately cleaned to protect from Covid. The Travelodge overlooks a busy roundabout on the A10 and the windows are not double glazed adequately to reduce noise so there is constant noise from vehicles (boy racer exhausts, emergency vehicle sirens, car horns etc.) making it noisy in the rooms so the adjoining rooms have their televisions on really high volume which adds to the cacophony - I had booked for two nights but only stayed for one and would not ever be going back.

This was the worst Travelodge I have ever stayed in. We were attending a funeral and had paid for an early check in. I asked for an iron and ironing board, was given a half broken iron and no board. The bathroom was filthy, the corridors stunk of urine and weed. The hotel is being used as a homeless hostel. The room was boiling hot and when I asked for a fan I was told they had to prioritise them for guests on top floor. There was no butter for toast at breakfast, the orange juice was watered down. When I asked the manager for a refund on breakfast he said no. When I asked about the hotel being used as homeless hostel he told me I was being discriminative. How rude? I was merely asking. I have spent 20 years working for a charity that’s sole purpose is to help homeless people. I have been using Travelodge regularly for 20 years. I will never use them again.

Do not pay for breakfast, cheaper and better in local cafes.
Wifi paid for but only allows one guest in room to use.
Housekeeping needs to pay better attention to surrounding areas ie fixtures and fittings.

1st room I was given had black mould. I was moved to another room and the air con is not working and cannot be fixed without breaking into the wall. Now need to move to my 3rd room. The rooms smell damp and the entire floor stinks. WiFi drops all the time and you have to pay for your own parking. Breakfast is boring and not much variation, especially for Muslim people. Cleaning is not that great and tissue is poor quality so you run out quickly. Rooms are humid with hardly anything in them. You have hardly any coffee/tea in the room, two of each. For WiFi support you need to call a chargeable number. Whenever you contact travel lodge it’s chargeable. This is not a hotel but an expensive hostel. Staff are excellent and helpful. You can clearly see the fat cats are not investing money in this place

I'd say very accessible. It's a walk or bus ride to train stations. If you have the time you could even get a bus into the tube network.

I have stayed in this hotel and the family room had one double bed and two single beds as we were four if us (two adults and two children) I guess they can always alter the room to suit your needs if you contact them in advance. By the way, if you want aircon you must request a room in the ground floor. When I stayed there in August, only the ground floor rooms had aircon.
