The hosts Valerie and John were lovely and accommodating, I got a very warm welcome on arrival which help me to quickly settle in. The house is very comfortable, clean and very quite. Its a walkable distance to the city center. I will definitely check back when next I visit the city.

I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely old house for 7 weeks due to working in the area. The room was large, spacious and very comfortable. But the biggest bonus was the lovely couple who own it, nothing was too much trouble. The town centre is a brisk 10 walk away with all the usual amenities.

I had to leave my family home for 5 nights to complete a training course and i was quite anxious about staying somewhere i have never been before But I definitely had nothing to worry about both Valerie and john made me feel so comfortable and at home and it was such a pleasure to stay in there b&b! I am vegan and Valerie was worried about where i could get vegan friendly food and bless her she took me all the way to asda and waited outside while I stocked up on all my meals the both are so kind hearted And the b&b it self It really is so spacious, they always made sure i had tea and coffee and biscuits in my room They are both so lovely, i felt sad leaving I would recommend everyone one to stay here and will definitely be going back on my next course with out a doubt Thank you Valerie and john for your kindness
