The hotel is not fit to be given a licence. There are holes everywhere in the room. The bathroom is crap. The building needs total refurbishment. The front line staff are rude and lack customer service skills. Please never ruin your comfort stay clear of this mud place called best inn hotel.

If you need a good night sleep, clean bed and refreshing shower as you are working away from home then this is not for you. I though I had booked in the Best Western Hotel only to find myself here in this shambles of a place. At least Manuel greeted you in a friendly manner, where as Lurch on the...

Very cheap, nice big room with beds, shared bathroom and small kitchen. Including breakfast with cereals, hash browns, egg, sausage and toast. Nice hospitality. The carpets, walls, doors, beds etc. seems warn out though. It's cheap because they didn't renovate the building and furnitures enough. It's not perfectly cleaned at arrival. There is no cleaning doing your stay. But again:...

I never even got into the room I booked. Let's start with that as soon as I arrived I wasn't sure where the front door was until I saw people staring outside at me because I was in cosplay. As I stepped into the hotel there was awkward silence between myself and the receptionist on the desk at the time....
