Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Didn't eat in attached dining as menu was not for us. Very nice beakfast at Sainsburys nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here and free parking is a bonus.

I chose to break my journey from Halifax to Penzance with an overnight stop in this Premier Inn (£29 as booked well in advance). As usual with Premier Inns I was not disappointed. Easy to find and located next to a Brewers Fayre with a large Tesco store and petrol station across the road. Free parking. Pleasant staff. Nice room.... More

We wanted to spend a few days in Portishead and decided to stay at the Premier Inn just a few minutes walk from the Marina. The front desk staff were very welcoming offering ideas about local restaurants and sightseeing. Our room, in the new part of the hotel, was quiet, comfortable and warm and the on-site Brewers Fayre restaurant was... More

I use this hotel frequently, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and always willing to go the 'extra mile' to ensure a pleasant visit. The associated restaurant (Brewers Fayre) maintains a good standard of food and hospitality. The Hotel is ideally located for the M5 Southwest corridor. Recommended.

The rooms are formulaic therefore you get what you expect, sort of. My room was on the 2nd floor, it was clean and well appointed. The problem I had was the room windows didn't open - designed that way so was dependent on the air conditioning system. The door keys kept failing and needed resetting and tea and coffee were... The perfect Hotel for comfort & service & value for money. The restraint can be very busy and it's advisable to book a table. The rooms are very clean, warm & quiet. The complimentary Tea & Coffee equipment was faultless.

31 of us booked in (could have been 50+) end no one complained. Well looked after and the staff were very helpful. The eatery managed to fit us in an off shoot of the main dining area so we could chat and bring the family tree up to date. Definitely go again, and recommend to others.

The hotel is very well situated for Portishead town itself and also for the attractions of Bristol and Cleveden. Did not think much of cooked breakfast as it was buffet style and by 08.45 everything was passed its sell-by date (i.e. bacon like leather). Dinner was fine but it was a bit of a scramble to get your order in... More
