The staff were very friendly but lacked experience. There was no draft beer during my two day stay which was disappointing. There was no compensation offered for this. Although the hotel is clean it needs updating and there are signs of wear and tear everywhere you look.

We had our wedding day here in October and from start to finish it was nothing but perfect. The whole team were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The food was so nice and service ran smoothly. Mark who ran the wedding day was fantastic i met him the night before and told him a few details and then he made sure everything was perfect on the day. I can’t thank the whole team enough as our day was so special. I can’t recommend Norton Grange enough for weddings. Thank you Mr & Mrs Pearson

from the min. we walked in till we checked out was a disaster. Rude staff unhelpful. Food was poor service poor. Was a cold weekend and air condition was on full blast when i asked to turn it off was tole "nope". Guests in dining area sitting with coats on ! The only member of staff that was polite AND smiling was young girl on breakfast on Monday morning.4 star NO WAY . Need some SERIOUS staff training. Have told the organisers of the conference to look for another venue .

3rd time here for work courses, the conference facilities are brilliant. Carole is a stalwart, I have been coming 5 years and her service remains exceptional year after year. Kept us fed and watered with biscuits , cake and bacon butties. Nothing was too much problem.

Never, ever, have I, been allocated a room without a window Legally dubious, & I believe ethically wrong, to do so without prior notification, and agreement with the client. Ethically correct, for the manager, who saw out distress, to try to organise with the receptionist a change of room. Ethically incorrect, for a more senior manager, not to authorise the proposed solution. Needless to say, we did not stay there.

We had our wedding here on the 4th November 2023. It couldn’t possibly have gone any better if we had paid double the price! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the staff are amazing and the venue dressers put 100% into everything they do! Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding venue in the north west, I do t believe you’ll find better!

Booked a day spa trip, I liked the fact you weren't limited to a 2 hour slot like alot of spas and could just keep going in and out around treatments and lunch. The different rooms were decent size, the jucuzzi pool was also good size and was nice to have the side open for the cool air to come in. The swimming pool was right next door and didn't look busy. We had a back massage and facial - I found the back massage average (asked for lots of pressure but didn't get it) however loved the facial. The lunch was well coordinated and was enough. Also like you could just help yourself to tea coffee water biscuits as you pleased. The only minor points are that there was tiles missing in the hot pool, and rubbish left by the outdoor bit which made it look less luxurious, and the intro when we arrived felt very sales pitch rather than chilled. Overall it was a day well spent, really good value and would go again.…

Friendly and speedy receptionists, spacious and quiet room with comfortable bed and pillows. I stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the daily morning breakfast buffet before exercising in the well-equipped hotel gym. Hotel is a 30-min drive to Manchester City centre but parking is complimentary. At night, I enjoyed using the complimentary spa, which includes jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool. Overall the hotel offers good value for money.
