Excellent Staff and facilities. With this level of professionalism I can understand why a new extension is being added to this site. the Grandchildren enjoyed, and made the most of, the free Wi-Fi access giving us a chance to relax in the evenings.

Arrived hearing that the hotel was full, allocated a room at the end of a very long corridor, right next to the motorway, the noise was so bad and I'm not a particularly light sleeper but struggled every night, I saw on the website it was next to the motorway so took earplugs but in the middle of the night...

Hello and thanks for your review. It's disappointing to hear that you were disturbed throughout your stay by traffic noise and neighbouring guests. All rooms at the Runcorn hotel have been insulated to prevent noise disturbances, however I do apologise that this wasn't suitable enough on this occasion. If you do experience any issues throughout your visit, we do encourage...

Hotel maintained to the highest of standards. Staff extremely warm welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good value for money. Comfortable bed, 24 hour hot water supply without fail; modifiable room temperature to suit all needs; tea and coffee making facilities available and supplies constantly renewed. Lovely and quite in corridors. Nice eatery next door!

Very comfortable beds, I felt safe and secure and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel good about our stay! Fresh towels and clean linen. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard and had ample space for belongings and being able to move around.

We usually stay at a different hotel when we visit Liverpool for football matches. This time we decided to try Runcorn as the price as slightly cheaper. You always know what to expect with a Premier Inn but they can vary on the age and wear and tear. Runcorn is second to none. Room was spotless with, what looked like,...

We stayed for the New Year celebrations and was very impressed with the family room. We have two small children who also loved their stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again and refer it to our friends.
