My husband and I went with friends. Overall a great resort. A few points though... Rooms...very flat pillows. Ask for more asap, so you have a good nights sleep. Bathrooms: Usually no toilet paper in public areas. Not a huge concern, as I carried my own in my beach bag after day two :) I do wish they had someone...

My wonderful journey was accompanied with great people in this hotel. My especially appreciation is dedicated to Johana Cervantes whose incessant commitment made my trip a unique one. All those people did their best to create a wonderful time for me and my friends. In fact, this nice experience convinced me to to publicize this great place to other friends...

My wife and I are seniors and have vacationed at a number of DR resorts, and more recently several along Mexico's western coast. Hotel Playa Coco certainly compares well with DR 4 Stars. We stayed there from January 11th to the 18th. The weather was great but very windy for most of the week. so we spent very little time...

Playa Coco was a great value for a winter getaway. The resort is only about 20 minutes away from the airport which is very convenient. The reception staff was very helpful. In our experiences when we asked them for something we were able to get it soon after. The Beer Garden was a great spot for late night snacks. The...

First the positives: the staff in the resort made us feel welcome and were warm and friendly. The nightly entertainment was fantastic, there was always something to do from 9:00 until 10:00. Being our first time in Cuba, we were worried about the food but I can say that it exceeded our expectations and we could always find something that...

This is my second time in Cayo coco and it was honestly the best experience. The staff is so wonderful there, I felt at home. The food was actually very good, had no problems at all, the Japanese was my favourite a la carte. The gym would've been my only issue, most of the equipment was broken and they only...

We visited Hotel Playa from Jan 6 - Jan 13, 2017. The weather was sunny the first 2 days and then windy the rest of the week. The resort was very nice, although there is construction going on right now. The food tasted good at the buffet and tasted even better at the A La Carts. The service at the...

We were there from January 6 -13th. .. First time to Cuba and we were very excited to check it out. I'll try to be brief but there are a few things that may help our fellow travelers. .. We decided to take a cab from the airport to our hotel after reading a tip here. ..no regrets there. ..we...

Fourth time to this resort. I am very aware of mosquitos being present around the resort especially at dusk and night time, so I limit my time outside then and cover myself with bug cream. This time I was literally bit hundred of times on both lower legs on my third day. This was during the day, on the beach....
