Nice spot across from the beach. Rooms a little tired. Not serviced daily even though 'serviced' is in their title. Reception hours daytime only. Close to supermarket and cafes. Closeness to the beach an absolute plus.

Hi 68nicg, Thank you for your review. As we have fully self contained apartments, these are serviced when guests stay seven nights or more. Additional amenities and towels are available from Reception should guests require these during their stay. We hope to see you again. Regards, Rebecca Hunter General Manager

We were in the Collections building in No 8 which was second floor and gave us a good view out onto the sea. A self contained apartment with restaurants and bars plus Coles Supermarket close by - a super location. We had 10 days there and really enjoyed looking after ourselves and doing nothing after a frantic agenda to that...

I stayed here only to use up a Seashell's loyalty voucher. The accommodation during the day was pleasant enough, with a great view of the ocean and the sea breeze going through the unit. I didn't realise until I went to bed that there was no air con in the bedroom (only one was in the lounge area). So it...

Hi Jenella, Thank you for taking the time to review the property after your recent stay. I'm so glad you enjoyed the location and the fantastic views from the apartment and were able to take advantage of our Loyalty Program, however it was disappointing to read of your reluctance to stay with again due to the air conditioning. We do...

We stayed here for 7 nights, A Lovely apartment, clean and tidy, could do with more utensils in the kitchen though. The staff on reception are not very friendly and never acknowledge you when you go in and out of the building, which I think is very rude.

We appreciated all forms of feedback from our guests as this is the most effective method to improve our product and service and will bring up your particular feedback with our...

we arrived from over seas late night (pm) and getting into room was a little difficult as we were put into sand castles next door but were not told before arrival (i had called to extend our stay by one day due to public holiday a week before) so our key would not open the parking area as we did...

Hi Sharon D, Thanks for your review. I was disappointed to read of the difficulties you experienced when arriving at the property. We have an after-hours caretaker number specifically provided for instances like yours, as we are serviced apartments, rather than a hotel with a 24hr Reception. The caretaker’s number is clearly displayed on the Reception doors as well as...
