Martinborough Square is a delightful location. This historical hotel is one for the bucket list. The rooms, (we were upgraded to a suite) are excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was also excellent. The service was classy without being rarified, or rustic without being anything other than friendly. A really pleasurable experience.

The garden suite was spacious and warm , the claw bath was inviting. A fantastic location to sample the delights of Martinborough. A kitchenette was handy to make a coffee. A small patio with chairs a nice touch.

Very old but comfortable hotel. We stayed in a larger suite. Nicely decorated and quite cosy for a large room, once the heater took the chill off. Bed comfort was OK, old-fashioned shower a little tricky but adequate. If we had more time we would have stayed another night. Very good value when you get the Friday night special!

We booked a room over the phone and arrived about an hour later to discover that we had the last room. The manager showed us to the room which was superb. The room was well fitted out and the bathroom included a large bath, a shower, sink and toilet. the underfloor heated bathroom was great.

Stayed in the hotel the last weekend of September. We had a great weekend. The room was gorgeous and the food delicious and the staff were really friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We were staying down the road from the Martinborough Hotel but decided to stop in for a light dinner as we had a fairly full on day! The bar lady was very friendly, and the décor was excellent. Got a good vibe so asked for a drink and sat down to study the. Was recommended a local dark beer, which...

Lovely old hotel with high ceilings, a claw foot bath and a huge bed. I'm very happy to stay here all day but the attractions of martinborough force me out of the room. There is a heater, couch, small kitchenette and large bathroom. Old but with everything you need. Good internet.

Stayed two nights in a heritage room. Lovely decor and a view over the square from the balcony. We ate one night at the restaurant - good service and food. A lovely vintage feel around the hotel - lots of character but not tried at all. Would go again.

Turned up without a booking, made welcome. Good room and a great evening meal. Mostly local produce, and the wine list is all local, a new one for us. A genuine local establishment. It is nice to be able to talk to the chef!

We went here for a small work get together. The staff where very friendly and looked after us well. The wines where excellent and food was great and well presented. We stayed in the cottages; these units where large and tastefully decorated with character. I would totally recommend this location for a couple staying or for small conference. Thank you...
