I can’t praise this place enough. Everything was perfect. General atmosphere was serene and relaxing, only stayed one night on our drive south. Sorry we could not stay more. The towels were plush. Beds comfortable. Easy location to get to off of I-81.

I am a Dad of 4 and my wife and I like to give each other occasional trips away simply to be refreshed. Some friends recommended that I try the Jackson Park Inn. I had never heard of it, but I made my way to Pulaski just for this hotel. It was a bit nondescript as I pulled up. However, as soon as I walked in I was impressed with the place from beginning to end. The interior of the building has been very nicely renovated and the whole staff led by Wendy (Manager) we’re extremely accommodating. They allowed for early check-in and had the room looking and smelling fantastic. This may have been the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I also went down and ordered food in the restaurant and they offered to bring it up to the room for me, even though they didn’t advertise room service.

Speaking of the restaurant, Al’s on First was also very good. I’m normally not a big fan of restaurants in hotels, but this one hooked me and I ate there for both dinner and lunch. Their house made soups and smoked meats were exceptional. Weather for business, another solo trip, or a getaway with my wife, this is a place I hope to return too.

This Inn was a big surprise in the small, rather depressed town of Pulaski. It's a lovely converted warehouse and now an elegant hotel. I felt completely safe there and in the parking lot. The staff at the front desk were all friendly. I felt like the hotel was much nicer than the price indicated (it was a Sunday night - $99 total). The room is beautiful and spacious. The decor is elegant, with granite top dresser and bedside tables (3 bedside tables with 3 lamps!). There was even two separate bathroom sinks with granite top counters. The building is charming with an original brick wall on one side and wide plank floor in the hallway. The ceiling is tall and wooden design. There was also a lovely sitting area just outside the elevator on the 2nd floor where my room was. The breakfast was fairly standard fare, but the nice touch was real plates and cutlery and French toast along with the eggs and sausage. Also, the dining area is spacious and very nice. This hotel is far nicer than the standard hotels I'm used to. It was a delight. NOTE: there was one negative - the hotel is beside a train track and the train lays on the horn as it passes at 3am and 6am (at least that was the times when I was there).

Beautiful Hotel!! We arrived to find the one elevator out of commission and had been for 6 weeks with a complete overhaul needed but not planned so it is an unknown when it will be replaced. I have a mobility issue and wanted to be on the third floor as I had read the restaurant on the first floor was noisy for the guests on the second floor. With the elevator out I opted for the second floor. BIG mistake, if you are over the restaurant you will hear each chair slide out and in all evening until closing and all the chatter. The loudest property I have ever stayed in! A little felt on the bottom of the chairs would make a huge difference, simple fix but the solution fell on deaf ears.

We stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach. We had a wonderful stay in the 2 full bed Suite which had a 1 person pull out along with a FULL Fridge/Freezer, sink, microwave. It was a mini kitchenette (No stove though). Service was wonderful and were very pleased with our stay. We will definately stay again when we are coming to this area! Pictures on the website are true to the rooms. VERY Clean!

This is our second stay at the Jackson Park Inn. We love the rustic ambiance of this upscale hotel. The restaurant is second to none. WiFi connection is fast and stable. The free breakfast was great, and included bacon and homemade (not powdered) eggs, rather than the “50 types of carbs” most hotels serve as their free breakfast. This hotel is roughly halfway on a trip we make several times a year. We will always stay here in the future.

Every year of my life I have driven from Atlanta to upstate NY for the summer. As an adult driving there with my own kids I typically stop at a friend’s house but four years ago they weren’t available. My mom and I were driving and we were tired and decided to pull off in Pulaski and I booked the first hotel I saw listed. I was worried I had booked something creepy and panicked but whoa was I surprised. We walked into the hotel and fell in love immediately between the incredibly friendly kind and wonderful staff, the beautiful renovated building with exposed brick and beautiful details, to the restaurant conveniently located in the hotel- we couldn’t have asked for anything better! We were so tickled with ourselves! We had the best time! The next morning we received complimentary lattes and breakfast as well. I am writing this now but I want you to know what it was like pre covid. Seriously if I had any other reason to be in Pulaski I would totally hang out here!! Fast forward to the present and as I made my way from Atlanta to NY with my 1 year old and 3 year old, I knew this would be the perfect place to stop because it’s beautiful and the restaurant located in the lobby is soooooooo nice to have after a long day of driving. It’s the best! So we were very lucky to travel the first day they reopened. I had been watching their booking site like a hawk for months. The experience was just as wonderful! I can’t emphasize to you how absolutely lovely the staff is- they are above and beyond incredible. They were so good to me. Our dinner was delightful and our room was perfect. The next morning they even had a sweet breakfast for us that was safe due to covid. Anyway, I highly recommend stopping here for a night or even a few more! You will not be disappointed!

Stopped here for an overnight stay on the way home from Florida to Pittsburgh. The positives reviews are what convinced us to stop here overnight and now we can see why people rave about this place. Rustic charm with an upscale feel to it indeed. Granted it’s tucked away in a small northern Virginia town but the ride down into the back hills to get here are worth it.

A very friendly and professional staff with a decent free breakfast in the morning puts this place way above others in its price range.

My only negative comment is that the resturant was closed on this Sunday night but it turns out they are only open Wednesday through Saturday anyhow and Sunday only for brunch. The place looks incredible. Would loved to have ate here.

This will be our go to stop while traveling home from now on.

Hidden gem 20 minutes from Radford university. Looks like a renovated warehouse converted to a hotel. Excellent clean comfortable suite. 10 ft ceiling exposed brick walls, new bathroom, double sinks, breakfast included. Modest choices for breakfast but well done. Good value

I absolutely love the JPI. As a loyal Hilton customer, I'll forgo the HH points when in or near Pulaski. The exposed brick and ceiling rafters and the large (and opening) windows make it such a nice place to stay. If I could recommend a change, the desk chairs are absolutely horrible, but that's not what I'm there for. Ps. Bring back the in-room waters!

Dora Trail is only 2 short blocks away from the hotel, starting at the old train station. That hooks onto Cool Springs Trail, which takes you to New River Trail. Happy Hiking!

Not sure. We did not have a pet with us, so I did not pay attention to that aspect. Sorry.
