    Wish we would have had more time to enjoy our stay. Arrived after 11 & received a welcoming greeting from the front desk. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, spacious & the breakfast was plentiful! They worked hard to keep it stocked & fantastic variety to choose from!

    Thanks for staying with us. We are in the process of a renovation that will include new carpet, wallpaper, beds and furniture. We have already completed a renovation of our breakfast bar and lobby area and have begun work in the guest rooms.     Trip Advisor lists in the hotel amenities that they provide airport transportation. I will be flying into Roanoke early May. My flight will get in around 6:00 PM. The carrier is Allegiant, so it may be late. Does the hotel pickup at the airport and are there any time restrictions?
    Hey Anthony, yes we do pick up at the airport our shuttle stops running at 11pm with your flight at 6pm you will fine. Have a safe flight see you soon!

    What is the fee for pets? Do you have specific criteria or restrictions on breed etc
    I stayed there on 12/27. Nice hotel. Their pet policy is $25.00 plus tax. I asked about their restrictions and specifically about size and was told there were no restrictions.
