I was recently in town for a conference and spent three nights at the Sheraton. From the front desk staff to the bartenders, the customer service was top-notch. My room was clean, accessible and quite cozy. The food provided at the conference was well prepared and extremely delicious. It's a fairly traditional hotel that exceeded my expectations.

This is primarily a corporate hotel for travelers to the nearby office parks or onsite small conventions and meetings. The rooms are a bit tired and the walls in the main tower are too thin for my tastes. The bathrooms are quite large with divided space between shower/lavatory and sink area, however the lighting is very dim. The shower was...

Dear FrequentFlyerFred, We want to thank you for your valuable feedback and nice comments regarding the large size of our bathrooms. Please accept our sincere apologies for the challenge you encountered during your recent stay with the water temperature. It is our complete duty to ensure all our rooms are inspected carefully but obviously we missed your room. Would you...

At a bare bones level, this hotel was fine. The staff were pleasant, as expected, and the room was generally clean. That said, I felt the hotel was dated and, at an overall level, lacking. A few examples: *My room key did not work at first and, once they fixed it, it still did not open the corporate lounge. I...

Dear Mr88g, Thank you for staying with us recently and taking the time to share your thoughts. I wanted to take this opportunity to extend my apologies for the non-functioning key to the club lounge and the unfortunate room choice that you ended up staying in. This is so unlike us and points out opportunities for us to improve. We...

This property was especially comfortable to stay in -- room amenities were great. Staff was courteous and helpful. The heated indoor pool was delightfully warm; my 4-year-old daughter loved it. We stayed here in order to deliver a performance at Jammin' Java's Tot Rock concert series with my family-friendly band, the Jungle Gym Jam. Location was convenient to Jammin' Java....

Nice hotel, great location. The staff was very helpful. The front desk staff, the concierge, and the shuttle drivers all went out of their way to help my husband and I during our stay. After our recent first stay at this hotel, I've already booked a return weekend. Check in process was not great and the restaurant was mediocre, and...

I was on 9 floor with view of the pool. I liked the idea of getting coupon for $5 for not using cleaning service. Beds were comfortable. I liked free parking. Close to many restaurants. Breakfast buffet for $15 per person lacked better selection of protein like cold cuts or salmon.

I stayed this week at the Sheraton in Tyson's on business. It is the fourth or fifth hotel I've stayed at in this area. Parking is complimentary (not the case at all hotels...
