A friend and I decided to tour Williamsburg in late August. Where to stay? History buffs, we decided on a room in the Market Square historic house. What fun! In the heat of the day - we were able to use the spa facilities and enjoy a cool dip in the pool. After more touring we

I see several have already made the suggestion. We found that going to Aromas Coffeehouse Bakeshop & Café, 431 Prince George St., which is a 10-15 minute walk the Brick House Tavern our best option. It opens at 7 AM, has a collegiate atmosphere, inexpensive, limited but good food, and the walk allows a good viewing of the town, just straight down DOG and to the right 2 blocks. It made our mornings brighter.

Check in location is at The Orrell Kitchen - colonial house located on the left of you facing the Williamsburg Inn. If you provide me with your last name would be able to look up your reservation and provide you with room location info. Thank you.
