Great location adjacent to CW and very nice setting (pond and woods in back) but construction zone next door at the Inn, and odd layout of the room (very narrow hallway along closet area was only path or travel to bathroom, so getting dressed for formal dinner event was challenging). Fireplace in room and attentive staff. But next time likely...

The plusses are that I was in Colonial Williamsburg! The hotel is part of the Williamsburg Inn, however, not on that property. A staff member drove his car, which we followed to the hotel about 1/2 mile away to escort us there. It was a very quiet setting with a balcony overlooking a pond. Free parking. The room was spacious...

Wonderful change of pace from Christmas at home. Dog friendly hotel which was very quiet and clean. Very friendly service with meals at the lodge. Went to gym, spa and pool while not large were well appointed and attractive. The hot tub in the women's spa was not working and was unclear when it might be working again. Concierge was...

We had such a great stay! I chose this Inn for the location, and I'm glad I did. You are directly in the historic area of Williamsburg. You can walk or hop on and off the trolley to get anywhere you want. From the moment you drive onto the property, you are treated especially well. Everyone is so accommodating. The...

The location was beautiful, the parking was minimal. The rooms smelled old. The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain, hair in bath tub and around the toilet. The person who escorted us to the room was very helpful. We also traveled with other family members who's also stayed in the same location and the accommodations were about the same.

We were visiting Williamsburg area for college visits and decided to stay in colonial village. Williamsburg Inn is the main hotel and Providence hall is the sister property, a short walk from the main hotel. The entire staff was excellent! from check in, concierge, especially the bellman! Housekeeping, pool staff, etc. they have tennis courts, golf, loaner bikes, pool. we...

We were very excited as we arrived at the Williamsburg Lodge for our weekend stay. Due to a mix up - which the reception staff told us was a mistake by the reservation department - the correct rooms were not available for our stay (no bed for our son as on our reservation) After 30mins we were told that they...

Staying at this place spoils you and makes it hard to stay at one of the chain hotels in the future. The staff are remarkably warm, friendly, welcoming and appreciative that you chose their hotel. The morning breakfast in the Regency Room was a great start to the day. Your coffee and juice arrive within seconds of being seated and...

We visited Williamsburg with our 13 & 11 year old children, and our two small dogs. Unfortunately, because of our dogs we were placed in the Providence Inn section of the Williamsburg Inn. Our room in the Providence Inn was old and not very clean. Our dogs successfully found a dead petrified frog in the room. We also had a...

We stayed at Providence Hall in March. We were on the upper floor and had a balcony that faced the duck pond. The room is huge and comfortable, as well as being well appointed. It is so quiet and peaceful. We sat each night on the balcony listening to the frogs and ducks. This without a doubt is a special...
