The only issue I had with my stay is the noise from highway 5 being right there is pretty bad. The issue is the heating/cooling units they have in the rooms have no fan option where you can leave the fan on constantly all night to drown out the freeway noise. The units go on and then off when they...

Booked a room for my son and had to send a copy of my driver's license and credit card on their "secure" email. Within hours, someone was using my information and purchasing things from stores in that location online for pick-up. Both the law enforcement and bank said that that was the origin of my identity being compromised by either...

First of all, it is unfortunate to hear about your credit card being compromised and you feel our hotel was the cause of the problem. However, only charges against the card made from our hotel was the authorized amount by you for the room cost. Also, to this date, we have not received any reports from bank or police regards...

I'm a senior, and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and motels over the years, but room 315 in the Bellingham Econolodge is the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. The problem is that it faces the I-5 freeway just a short distance away, and traffic on the freeway never stops. It kept us awake all night. In the...

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and were pleasantly surprised! Had a nice 2 room suite which appeared to have been remodeled. It is an older hotel so a bit on the noisy side but did not interrupt our sleep at all. The outdoor pool was small but we enjoyed it as it was a very hot weekend and...

We stayed for a night before heading to SeaTac, and this was a great hotel. Room was large & very well equipped with fridge coffee maker & microwave. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The outdoor pool was an added bonus. No complaints what so ever.

We are pleased that you enjoyed our hotel. We have a great location for a stop off to SeaTac or heading north to Vancouver. The staff make every effort to satisfy our guests and it is nice that we are appreciated.

This was rated a 2 star hotel...it was very clean and spacious. The breakfast area was very crowded and the pancake maker kept jamming up, but besides that, it was great. It is located at a great place in town that is near the mall and several strip malls and restaurants. We were on the ground floor - if I...

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay even though there was a pancake malfunction. Hope to see you again.

An okay hotel near the 5 freeway. The office called us at 3;20 AM saying someone had complained that we were too noisy. We were simply packing for an early departure. This clues you in on how thin the walls are. We booked thru Hotels.com so they wouldn't take our AAA Card.

The good: friendly staff, clean and large room, convenient location just off the freeway. I really wanted to give this hotel a 3 star, but the following had really negatively affected our rest and travel plan: False advertisement about free wifi -- there was no internet at all. Wireless internet was set up improperly, too many access points on one...

We stopped for one night. The friendly clerk originally offered us a room near the street, but then changed his mind and placed us instead on the quieter back side of the motel. The room was clean and the bed acceptably comfortable.

Stopped for the night on our way threw. Staff was very friendly. The area was ok but that's the tops I would give it. The room was decent and we didn't expect much more for a econo lodge. It was exactly what we needed and the price was right. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pull out...
