This was our first time at the Islands and had a great time. The view is the first thing we noticed and then the warmth of Gail our host. We were there March of 2016 and had perfect weather, magnificent view, and a darling host. We would recomend this B&B to everyone that has plans for a get away on... More

The view from our room and deck was fabulous and overlooked the Eastsound bay on Orcas Island. Gail, home owner and now our new friend, provided a lovely large room with deck area. Breakfast was first rate in a sunny dining room surrounded on two sides with large windows so we could enjoy the view, we felt like we were... More

Stayed 2 nights Sept 10 and 11, 2015. Gail is a wonderful host and an expert chef. Our two breakfasts were completely different and very yummy. Which ever room you book, you will be happy with it. On a clear night, you can see Vancouver BC. Extremely comfortable stay.

The views from the rooms are magnificent. The house is 500' up a winding road. Gail serves a delicious breakfast and is very charming and accommodating to everyone. It is her home and she shares it lovingly with her guests. I'm looking forward to returning.

The views from the deck and the breakfast area are astounding. Gail is a great cook and whipped up some great breakfasts which kept us fueled for all our hikes. She is very friendly and keeps a very clean establishment.

We stayed at Double Mtn. B&B for two nights in the Eagle's View suite. The best attributes are the fantastic view from the private balcony and breakfast area, the delicious breakfast, and the hospitality provided by the owner, Gail. I would describe the B&B as more of a guesthouse as you are staying within Gail's home, though the suite and... More

We really enjoyed staying here, but I wouldn't recommend it for just anyone. If you're use to modern 5 star resorts, this isn't the best option for you. Atop the steep .5 mile gravel driveway (we made it just fine in our sedan), you'll find a 3,800 sq. ft. home built in 1983 that Gail, the innkeeper, shares with her... More

I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at the Double Mountain Bed & Breakfast during Memorial Day weekend, and absolutely loved it. Breakfast on both days were delicious, homemade - with love. she made sure we had plenty to eat, and made different things on both days. Gail is friendly, inviting, very chill, and easy to talk to. She's... More

We spent 3 nights at this B&B having booked from Western Australia several months before leaving for our trip. You are flying on instinct & comments from Trip Advisor & think maybe we should have booked elsewhere. Forget that, Gail is the loveliest, kindest person you could meet, she has an infectuous laugh, loves life & people, & boy can... More

This place is off the beaten path a little, but minutes away from downtown. The view is out of this world, so breathtaking and the owner Gail is as sweet as they come. Extremely nice, very accommodating and thoughtful. The rooms are cozy yet comfortable. And the breakfasts she makes in the morning are amazing!!! She is quite the cook... More
