We have been to Pt. Townsend many times, but this was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast. The experience was outstanding. John and Renee really know how to make guests feel comfortable. The room was perfect, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere made us feel very welcome.

The inn keepers are knowledgeable and helpful. Give a great history of the area and can point you in the right direction for sights and meals. Breakfast was awesome. It is an easy walk to the downtown area and a quick drive to the ferry if you are leaving town. It also has an impressive Cypress tree out front that...

The Blue Gull Inn Bed and Breakfast, built in 1868, epitomizes historic uptown Port Townsend. The inn is located close to restaurants, shops and two old time movie theaters. The food was delicious. Our three breakfasts included coffee cake, french toast, or quiche with fruit, sausages, potatoes and eggs. Everyone eats at the "big" table which is a great way...

A beautiful home to be shared with others. Excellent breakfast, not until 9 a.m., but worth it. Rooms clean and comfortable. Booked the Angel Room, upstairs and with a slight view of the harbor. Loved seeing he deer roaming the neighborhoods. Close to walk into town and many places to see and things to do.

We spent two nights here. The place is a wonderful Victorian not far from the downtown area. The room was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent--the best quiche I have every had! Hosts were helpful. We'd come back again.

The inn is well located with only 10 min walk to the city center. The room where nice and clean with a 'fireplace' for heating. It was a little chilly so we used it. There was a small bathroom but clean and including shampoo etc. we loved sharing the breakfast with other people and the small lecture from John. Thanks...

Two friends and I spent a girls' weekend at the Blue Gull Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is just a 5 minute walk from downtown. The breakfasts were delicious and there was always coffee, tea, water and cookies available. The hosts were very nice and helpful in telling us about Port Townsend and providing directions and recommendations of...

This B&B has an interesting history. We stayed in the Country Room. It was small but comfortable. We both slept very well. The bathroom had a stall shower which we prefer to a tub. John was friendly and full of interesting information. Breakfast the first day was very good but nothing special. The 2nd day the pecan French toast was...

Came for a one night stay as a romantic weekend getaway from Seattle. Booked last minute directly through their site- easy and fast! We stayed in the Cyprus Room, which was adorable. The whirlpool tub with handheld shower was relaxing and perfect. Comfortable bed, good sized room. Location was perfect- 10 minute walk down to the center of town/water. And...

My wife and I stayed in the Garden Room for two nights and throughly enjoyed the room, the property, the hosts and the great breakfast each morning. The grounds are so nice for an afternoon respite from shopping and touring the area. There is so much history in the house and the town that it is a great destination as...
