It's a near Seatac with a smelly restraunt in the hotel. The room was clean and the car was safe while we were in Europe for 2 weeks.
The shuttle driver was crude and sloppy. The shuttle runs at the will of the driver rather...More
Nice Ramada inn, went there on last night of 17 day northwest vacation...beds were comfortable, staff was great, convenient shuttle to airport for our long trip back to Rochester...plus good price for seattle.
Rude clerk told me when I complained about these items to go down the street to the Hilton it would be better. Smelly lobby, clueless clerks, weed smell in hallway, pool completely fills the small room it is in, parking situation is weird, rude service,...More

We stayed here on a family trip.
The rooms were clean, Windows had gate/ no screen and you could open all the way would need to watch small kids with window open, There is AC in the room so no need to open.

HI - sorry just read your question. We have travelled extensively and stayed in all levels of hotels. My husband has meds which needed to be kept refrigerated. On enquiring the clerk did not even look us in the eye just said ice at the end of the hall. We booked based on our expected needs, and are not demanding however the staff response at all levels was very poor, noted with others as well. This is not a hotel I would stay at again. When I wrote to Ramada I had no response. I am former flight attendant and my husband does HR - both very conscious of customer service, and know when there is none, and there was not ...do hope you have a great trip, however would suggest staying a bit close in if you are staying for any length of time.
Hope comment helps.

There's nothing really within walking distance but as others mentioned the parking lot in back can be very dark. The lot attendant is in that area though. There is also parking underneath the hotel if you're lucky enough to get a spot there. If you're going to have a car, there is a door leading into the hotel from the parking lot with a security code they give you at check in. I wouldn't hang about in the parking area nor would I try to walk anywhere because there's not a whole lot to do.
