hotel has no control over road closures. However, they do have control, or should have control on how the hotel services are provided. Employees went home never came back. Rude, not helpful at all. Restaurant closed, no maid service, vending machines broken.

Horrible customer service, manager is rude and swindler. Harasses guests and other people in hotel. Very outdated rooms. Very hard to understand some of staff and no guarantee on any service sometimes or having someone on phone to resolve issues.

Located accross the street from ski runs the Summit Inn is perfectly located for immersion in "Winter" (provided you hit the weather). Parking was sufficient, beds were firm, room was basic but better than adequate. When in the halls the noise level was high, but even on the street side of the Inn the loudest noise was snow sliding off...

Very poor customer service. Our bed was missing a pillow and a blanket. Bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable. Woke up with an extremely sore back. Bathroom was very dark since a light bulb was out. Bathroom had a hole in the wall with a horrible attempt to patch. Elevator was broken so the hotel closed all upstairs rooms. Room...

Pleasantly surprised. Booked this hotel through dot com hotels and payed about 70 euro. Little worried what to expect. After flying and driving 10 hours we loved the room we were placed in. The lady at the desk told us we still could use the Hot Tub. Well that was a great wellness for our body after that long travels....

Our first night we found 5 bed bugs in the bed at 12:00 am. We collected a sample and took it to the front desk where they crushed it and we watched the blood spurt out. The night clerk claimed it wasn't a bed bug because she said it didn't look like one. Thankfully we were put in another room...

This hotel is frequented by hikers coming off the Pacific Crest Trail who are looking for food, a shower and some rest. It's great to chat with the hikers, however the hotel has a sour odor throughout.

We booked through Travelocity for one room Labor Day weekend. I hadn't read many reviews and chose it mainly because it was one of the few places with a room left. I did read a few trip advisor reviews the morning before check in but we still decided to head there regardless of the reviews so we could check it...

Seemed the only lodging in town. Across street from ski resort. Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Recommended places to walk the dog and where to eat. Room was ok. No AC, so had to open window and stick a fan on the sill. I-90 is just across the parking lot so it was a little noisy, but I...
