What a fabulous place!! From the lights in the driveway to the 20's theme (silent film included) to the CLEAN, comfy room. Just love it. Awesome murals too! Quiet and near the downtown entertainment district, the affordability of this place leaves more for fun. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. Typical of hotels though ☺

I needed a place to stay while waiting to get into an apartment. The rate was very reasonable, affordable. Other motels/hotels had turned me down because, although family had paid for the hotel, I was under 21 and had no credit card. This was not a problem for the Ruby2. I stayed 9 days. Clean, comfortable room. Courteous, helpful staff....

Loved it, the lady at the desk was so helpful when taking our reservation, even gave us a discount because my husband was having surgery. Room has fridge/freezer & microwave. Room was clean & the free wi-fi was wonderful. Will stay again next time we are in Spokane!

Was looking for a good, decently priced, centrally located hotel to ring in the new year. Considering the time of year, wasn't holding my breath to find a decently priced hotel for the 2 days I wanted to stay. Came across this place on TripAdvisor, read the reviews and looked at the pictures so I knew what I was potentially...

A unique gem of a hotel, very clean room, nicely appointed and friendly staff. Nice view of the beautiful power plant twin stacks that were lit up in Christmas colors. Thanks Ruby 2 for an enjoyable stay.

At first we were very impressed..the silent movie was cool, rooms are clean and close to everything downtown. But trying to sleep was very hard. Loud trains and you can hear everything in the room next to you. Ugh! Not sure if we will stay here again.

This hotel is nice and the amenities are good. The remodel is well done, beds are fine, bathroom is nice. Having a fridge and micro is also great. Location is convenient and close to a lot. Breakfast is fairly good for a small hotel like this. Staff were friendly. Trains are horrible and tracks are at the edge of this...

Thank you for taking your time to review us and sharing your pictures. We really appreciate it! Unfortunately, those trains are something we cannot help but for future reference we do have ear plugs at the front desk. We’re glad to hear you’ll be back and we look forward to seeing you two again!

First off, you're gonna hear the trains no matter where you stay downtown. The Ruby 2 was clean, beautiful bathrooms, the silent movie playing on the outside wall was off the hook! We really enjoyed the ability to unload and park our vehicle right outside our room, can't do that at the Davenport! Room was lovely, service was great. This...

We often stay at the Ruby 2... the staff is great, and this time they took Canadian dollars at par! We also like to visit the Lounge at the ruby 1, and use the discount on beverages they provide. The rooms are basic, but clean and functional. Beds are comfortable. I wouldn't bother with the continental breakfast... but it is...

C'mon. This is a refurbished old motel next to the train tracks. Fortunately, the trains don't blow their horns and move slowly, but you still hear them all night long. And, the room and bathroom are tiny. You can barely turn around in them. No amount of sleek styling will change that. Plus, they've taken a page right from the...

Thank you for taking your time to review our hotel. We understand we are right next to the train tracks and do have ear plugs available at the desk. As for the parking because we have a downtown location we do charge only the guest that arrive to our hotel via car. Though we do charge $5 to park in...
