If you want to have 0 privacy and feel like your grounded at your mothers house then stay here! You pay for a curfew and to be harrassed. They dont even know their own policies or fees associated with these made up policies. They are bored and manager has little man syndrome. They dont like dogs and had me removed... More

Shady neighborhood, tenants hanging over railings watching your every move. Strong odors of ammonia when walking past some rooms...... Pretty sketchy to say the least. Price was fairly cheap....they had us in the wrong room to start. Had requested non smoking but they had us in smoking. They changed our room but the smells of smoke and wet carpet still... More

My boyfriend, a smoker was happy that he could smoke freely in the room. Thankfully there was a large window, open to the railroad tracks with a train running by hourly. The bed and everything was old, threadbare, and smelling like smoke. On the upside, the shower worked, the price was $64, the ice machine was full, and the staff... More

We made a quick trip to Spokane from Missoula on the cheap and thought we'd give the Tiki Lodge a shot. Positives: For the price it's just fine. It is right across the street from Frank's diner and the best breakfast in Spokane. The place is old and worn but the bathroom was absolutely immaculate and the bedding was clean.... More

I checked online, for room rates in Spokane, and found the last place had gone from under $60 to over $80. I found a room at the Tiki Lodge, and booked it for my 2nd week. I read the reviews from others who said, "it's basic, with no frills". This is true. My room was in the north/south wing, a... More

Business brought us to Spokane for an extended amount of time. We were fortunate to find great weekly rates, clean room, friendly staff and a safe motel to stay in. The rates are amazingly affordable and they are pet friendly for an additional charge. The room is a little dated but it has a very comfortable bed, a table with... More

My family has been here for over three months now (looking for the right home for us) and we have enjoyed our stay and more than likely will continue to do so, as the management here is always on staff and very attentive to your needs as they may arise. The staff here at the Tiki has always been friendly... More

Hotels and motels are extremely subjective. While my husband absolutely would never stay here again, I would if I needed a clean place to stay near downtown and Browne's Addition with easy access to I-90 and the rest of the city. First, I wish to commend Charles, the manager, and his wife Tracy, also a manager. Charles went out of... More

We chose this place from the good reviews on Trip Advisor. No one mentioned the awful train noise. Management tries their best, but the trains on an elevated trestle just behind the place roared by all night (sometimes 7 to 10 minutes apart) making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We arrived before check-in time, as we had... More

I chose this location based on online reviews. I was not disappointed. Very clean, comfortable. The management was friendly and accommodating. I am a person that looks at the value of the dollar I spend. This place was worth every penny. the reality is there are not very many decent places to stay for less than $100 a night. When... More
