I was treated well by the owner, manager and all the staff. My room was great with a desk to work at and a nice recliner to do some reading in the evenings. They serve a hot breakfast each day & keep things well stocked. A definite recommend to all travelers to the Yakima area. Plus, it is close to...

We chose this hotel to stop overnight as it was close to the highway, supermarket and restaurants. We were able to park right next to our room which is great when you have suitcases. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was basic, slightly worn but clean. It was spacious with a large window but no view....

Absolutely no attention to detail. Stairways haven't seen a vacuum cleaner in years, Walls dirty everywhere, soap not refilled in public bathroom (2 days). Carpet rippled, in renovated area, Old Sheetrock spackle not cleaned up. Good points- room was clean, although I was afraid to look anywhere other than the bedsheets and bathroom and front desk staff were very nice...

We booked this hotel for a large weekend group party on a referral from another hotel. From the start of the planning to the logistics and completely through our stay we could not have been happier. The employees were all very friendly and attentive to all our last minute needs, changes etc. Even the GM was hands on in the...

Conference in this hotel for work. Not clean, bathrooms were not working for most of the time we were there. Food was awful. Would have been nice to have drinks available that we're decaf!!! Even asked at one point and was told not available. Nice people but would not recommend.

Years ago this hotel was one of the very best in Yakima. It apparently fell to low standards. New owners are redoing it to another class hotel. Our room was one they had refurbished, excellent. The bed was excellent and we slept very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Adequate parking for all sorts of vehicles. The main desk people...

Booked one night, got in that evening.. Room clean and neat, everything worked. Smelled alittle like rug cleaner. Had dinner at "Misty's Lounge" inside hotel. Good food but atmosphere, no thanks. Weren't sure we were in a Lounge or on a jobsite with all of the "FOUL LANGUAGE" going on at the bar. Couldn't sit far enough away to not...

Our regular hotel was booked so we tried this one. The staff were friendly, the room clean, but the building is a bit tired. The location is quiet and the rate was low. It's a decent place to stay if you're passing through.

Bed and room was comfortable with AC. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee all day. Staff was friendly and quick to check-in. Security good. Wi-fi quite slow and not very adequate for some sites. TV was good
