The hotel itself was clean. The girls loved the pool! The breakfast, which is not FREE as listed here, was not worth $10. It was the same breakfast buffet at other hotels which are FREE. And many of the items were quite empty and never got refilled while we were there. The ladies at the buffet were very kind about...

We checked in anxious to get off the road. The check in personnel were very friendly and helpful. We got a ground floor room as requested. However, the heat did not function. They gave us another room no problem and were very apologetic about our problem with the first room. The room was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great....

We use to get free breakfast when it was confort. Now you have to pay an outrageous amount for the same thing. We will be going to a different motel in the following years.

The problem with this hotel is that after they check you in and take your credit card but before they give you the keys they hand you a one page contract for you to sign. The contract is such that only an attorney could tell you what your liability is. In my 45 years of travel I never been held...

Our room rental agreement and check in process protects our guests, keeps our "smoke free hotel" smoke free and keeps unwanted guests out. We believe in protecting our guests. Would you open your home to anyone that wants to come in? Thanks

Had a great stay! All the amenities were fantastic. Clean room that was a little overbearing with the furniture but still offered everything that anyone could need. My favorite accommodation which is so overlooked was the almost private entrances near your room so we didn't have to walk down any long hall way each way, which was my first impression....

Manager called the sheriff and threatened to throw us and 14 other middle schoolers out for being to loud at 630 in the evening. Embarrassingly poorly run. In process of converting to Wyndham. Let's hope they run better. Also beds are hard walls are paper thin and renovation has the bar restaurant closed. Go anywhere else- literally anywhere. Ps sheriff...

Front desk asked this group which included kids to lower the noise and bring this group of kids under control at least 3 times. We pride ourselves on offering a safe quiet atmosphere for all of our guests. We have a very strict room rental agreement that includes a noise policy that this group did sign when checking in. We...

Conveniently located just west of Charleston, WV with restaurants nearby it is a good stopping place on a trip through WV without big city congestion. Breakfast and parking with working WiFi. Again good price when online travel booking is done.

Stay at a motel while it is upgrading is a bit like changing engines on an airplane while flying: not particularly recommended. Despite the plastic barriers and in-progress changes, the staff did a good job accommodating guests.
