For our last camping trip of the season before winterizing the travel trailer we decided to visit this beautiful place after reading reviews. It was the best trip, an absolute beautiful place to relax and unwind. It was a bit difficult to find, but thanks to a local gas station we finally found it. To our surprise, they provide firewood...

We were headed to Elkins for work, just before the Labor day weekend. At the last minute Mark was able to squeeze us in, as every other campground was booked. How lucky for us, as we spent over 2 weeks on Pegasus Farm, where we could escape the hustle and bustle from our daily grind with peace and quiet in...

A lovely farm setting with plenty of space between rv sites, Pegasus Farm is a little slice of heaven. Add to the bucolic setting the amazing hospitality of the camp owners and hosts--you've got 5 stars!!! Oh yes, we will be back!

What a fantastic campground, quiet and relaxing. I was skeptical at first based on my last experience at another private campground, but from the moment we entered the campground we were greeted with a smile and shown to our campsite. From that point on, it felt like home. The pond is well stocked, caught a ton of fish. The grounds...

We traveled to Elkins to ride a couple of trains with our 8 year old grandson. We chose Pegasus based on TripAdvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The owner greeted us and said "welcome Home" ... and that's how we felt for our entire 3 day stay. The road into the campground is a bit intimidating (one lane, tree-covered)...

This campground is near Elkins for all necessary amenities but secluded! Very serene and quiet. They have a huge meadow for walking and are pet friendly. Loved the morning and evening walks surrounded by mountain views. Will definitely be back! Owners and host are extremely friendly and accommodating. Gave us squash and zucchini fresh from their garden.

What a great place! As others have mentioned, the road to enter is pretty narrow but manageable in our 43' motorhome with a toad. The grounds are beautifully maintained. They are very dog friendly. The host, Frank, and owners are super nice. They had a potluck of sorts for the owner's wife while we were there and the owner, Mark,...

This is a wonderful, beautiful place. When you get there, you're hoping you're on the right road and that nothing is coming your way; it's really narrow! Then it gets worse! We came up alongside a house and the owner came out and assured us that we were in the right place and that he'd never had two rigs meet...

This campground is tucked away on a huge piece of land next to the airport in Elkins. Despite it's location, it was very quiet and the owners and camp host couldn't do enough for us. We were given a welcome letter that gave directions for shopping, eating, etc. with helpful suggestions. We travel with a couple of large dogs and...

My husband and I have traveled in our motorcoach for three years and we happened upon this campground. It is a paradise. Beautiful panoramic views, large grassy sites, ponds, gardens and the owners are delightful. Dogs do not have to be tied and can enjoy their stay as well. It was quiet and delightful. Highly recommended.

Thank Christine B

“All lots are large and level. It will take longer to disconnect the trailer and have a beer than to level the trailer. They have excellent water pressure. A regulator is recommended. If you ask I'll bet that the owners will perform for you, since both are very talented musicians.”
