Just got home from spending a week here. Beautiful setting. The place is well cared for. You can really tell they invest back into the property. The showers and toilets are first rate. The multiple laundries are very clean and modern. Very nice touch. I'd have given this place the maximum rating but there's a few things here that just...

First, the management...wonderful. This is a family established campground now run by the second generation and this husband and wife team are the best. Warm, inviting and helpful; professional and knowledgeable. The grounds are well maintained with spic and span bath/shower / laundry buildings. Lots of large well trimmed trees, easy roads, level sites with full hook-ups. Up against a...

Very very clean campground. As far as camp grounds go this one is very very well maintained. I stayed here with my daughter for a Saturday and Sunday evening in late July. The grounds are meticulous, the beach is combed and cleaned, there is also a large floating trampoline in the middle of the lake that my daughter enjoyed. The...

The campground was very clean, the hosts or owners were very nice. It was very quiet even over the July 4th weekend, close to town with great bars in Boulder Junction. We have two dogs so next year, yes we are going back, we will get a bigger site with more grass. It would have been nice if they had...

I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of their facilities. I camped in a tent and our site was equipped with water and electricity. The individual sites did not have much privacy, that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The staff was very welcoming and had a store on site with all the essentials plus a place...

We only stayed for one night (The coldest of the summer) but loved it here. It was very quiet and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff was very friendly. When we checked in, the manager (owner?) noticed we were going to be in a tent, and due to the overnight cold, switched our campsite so we were close to the...

Camp Holiday is a large campground with lots of seasonal units. Most of the sites are grassy, they are pretty flat and are shaded. There isn't much privacy from one spot to another but it's not a "packed in" feeling either. Facilities are well maintained and clean. There is a central building with camp store, game and snack bar areas....

My wife, and I have stayed at Camp Holiday twice, we live a short distance (by traveling standards) of 200 miles away, and wish we could spend more then the two(2) times we have. After reading the complaints about the operations of the campgrounds, I can tell the complainers this....PLEASE! don't come back. You're the type of people (obviously) that...

My husband and I recently took a group trip out to Boulder Junction to stay with his friend who is a seasonal camper. The campground is very clean and well-kept and I was ecstatic about the well-maintained bath houses with laundry facilities. The bathrooms were never filthy, even when the camp grounds were crowded for the 4th of July. The...

I have a really hard time understanding the complaints posted by Brass Chick. We are not seasonal campers at Camp Holiday, but would love to be if our schedules allowed the time. We discovered Camp Holiday a number of years ago and haven't considered going anywhere else since. Everything is clean and well-maintained. We have been amazed at how quiet...
