I really like this casino, even though I didn't win much money. I like that is smaller. We had a gentleman ask if we wanted drinks and he went out of his way to get us alcoholic beverages of our choice. I have never been disappointed here.

Stayed at LCO Casino during a three-day fall color trip to the Hayward area. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was pleasant and roomy. Plenty of outlets for phone charger etc. Had a microwave and refrigerator which came in handy. Everything was clean; the shower was nice. The toilet seat was worn and needed replacing but everything else in...

After a couple of years in Hayward, decided to try the LCP Casino. Not disappointed. Plenty of Crab legs and other dishes. Price was OK. Being a self serve buffet, I can't complain about the service. Probably go back, but not until my wife has a craving for Crab again.

I go to 7 or 8 casinos regularly and this is the only one that will not tell you how many points you need on you players club card to become a vip. I go to Lake of the torches and here abut twice a week. At torches I have been a vip for a couple of years. Every host...

The food was good and the staff very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the room amenities were standard. Room rates were very favorable in relation to the excessive prices charged at the other hotels in the area. Beverages in the casino were reasonable and there is a good selection of slot machines to choose from. The only...

We stayed at the LCO Casino Lodge on this trip because the Comfort Inn down the street has outrageous prices during the tourist season. (over $100 more) Overall it was OK. Positives: One of the largest TVs I have ever seen in a hotel with many channels to choose from. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and firm, not soft....

We had to travel to Hayward for a family memorial, and this place was the closest to where the rest of the family was staying, and the largest place to accommodate the other half of the family. First of all- we had no idea the pool and exercise room was being remodeled. We should have been informed even though we...

We spent two nights at the LCO Lodge and it was just adequate. We had a parlor suite and we were happy with the amount of room that we had. The furniture was just moderately comfortable. The lighting was poor and we struggled to maintain an acceptable temperature in the room. The room wasn't very expensive and should not be.

While technically only the casino is smoking, the entire building smelled like smoke. So much so that I had to start taking benadryl and get allergy eye drops. I spent the majority of my business trip coughing from the smoke. The WiFi would only work for about 5 minutes at a time, if that. The pool was closed for renovation....

It's a Casino... if you're rating based on a win/lose ratio then 95% of people will rate it poorly. We went twice while staying in Hayward for a week, once to play slots and tables and the other night (Friday) to play Bingo... didn't win a penny, but I will say that EVERY LCO staff member we encountered from the...
