The people were nice, but it was just too old. The hallways had some interesting smells to them. The mattress was probably harder than a motel's. Another reviewer said "Don't expect to get 4-star for 130$ downtown).

Its going to cost you $18 for an access card which gives you 24 hour access to the hotel's car park. Sometimes the barrier is not closed, and you can get in and out without paying, but if you do that, you risk getting locked... More

Some guests complain about the charge (I didn't), believing it should be free; I guess its still an inexpensive way to park, but it would be nice if it was F O C for genuine guests.
