Impressive architecture, beautiful lobby and mezzanine. Helpful gracious staff. But, it's a survivor from another era and that must be remembered. Lounge upstairs has a great view and is a very relaxing place to watch the snow blanket downtown.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Milwaukee and we always make a point of staying here when leave Chicago for a nice weekend away. The staff and amenities are first class and the hotel is a short walk to all of the major attractions in the city.

….in almost every detail, though the entrance halls are very impressive if slightly shabby. The restaurant was closed, without explanation, so a vile dinner in the crowed, noisy café was the only alternative where the dim-witted waiter brought me both my courses one after the other, before I had time to finish the first….I was in and out in 15...

I've been to Milwaukee quite a few times, but this was my first time staying at the Pfister. I had heard about the Pfister, read about how nice it was, and it was even mentioned on a walking ghost tour I had attended. Based on everything I heard, I was under the impression that the Pfister was the nicest hotel...

A business meeting brought me to the Pfister Hotel last March. The Pfister is a unique, historic hotel. The building is ornate, with lovely touches everywhere you look. The restaurants and bars were decent. The rooms were modern and a great size. I enjoyed the experience at the Pfister. It was a more 'boutique' atmosphere for a business meeting, and...

I cannot say enough about his hotel. It has everything you could ask for and more. The rooms are very roomy and the atmosphere is stunning. The staff is wonderful. Awesome location for anywhere you need to be in the city. So many old school charms, I could not possible mention them all. FAB!

I was here with my company for a Summit. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The chandeliers.. On my! The banquet service was stood, especially Peter. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. However... I am cold natured and I thought I would sweat to death at night. I could not change the thermostat. One of my coworkers called for a...

The Pfister was a top notch experience from allowing us to check in early for to get ready for a wedding and accommodating us when we had to leave early for a family emergency. I can't wait to go back.

One of the most historic hotels in America -- the restoration is incredible. It is a beautiful, charming and comfortable hotel with great amenities and fantastic guest services. Milwaukee is a fantastic city (in the spring, summer, and fall, anyway ...) and it is worth a trip just to stay at the Pfister. This is a place that should not...

The room was great, the beds were comfy and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend the Pfister for its location in downtown Milwaukee. The hotel is just a brief walk to the Summer Fest grounds. Great place to stay!
