The old Pabst Brewery has been renovated & reinvented as The Brewhouse Inn. We spent a lovely night there reliving the history & marveling at the beautiful old building. The staff was gracious & helpful; a delicious cold breakfast was included. The adjoing bar featured a great selection of draft beers including, of course, Pabst's Blue Ribbon. We had a delicious dinner...

A recent trip out to Wisconsin had us trying the Brewhouse Inn and Suites. What a great choice! The room we had was on the 5th floor and found it to be very spacious and quiet, the hotel was sold out for one of the nights and we heard no noise from inside the corridors. The attached restaurant Jackson's Blue...

Such a unique hotel, they did such a great job re-constructing the old Pabst factory into this beautiful hotel while incorporating so many historic features. The 2 story stained glass window, the copper kettles, vintage stairs, and so many more unique touches. The rooms are tastefully decorated and provide great accommodations. Will definitely return!

Suites are spacious and comfortable. There are 90 suites in this restored brewery with a Victorian industrial design. We had a the smallest room - a studio king with kitchenette (all rooms have them) and spacious bathroom with shower only. The bed is supremely comfortable. I would have liked two upholstered chairs in the room - there is only one,...

What a great remake of the old Pabst Brewhouse. The hotel is really something to see. All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was included, meager but filling. A really great stay!

We booked a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. Staff, especially Nicole, were so helpful. Cannot say enough about the Valet's. Both Valet's I encountered were wonderful. Steve was gracious and so concerned about our hair/makeup/dresses in the wind. Rainy after church and Steve even dropped me a block away at Pabst before parking my car! Breakfast is included....

We took part in a special deal and stayed in a queen-bed suite for the weekend. The kitchenette was very nicely appointed with an apartment-sized fridge. This made it very convenient to keep leftovers from some of our nice meals in the area. The hotel is gorgeously unique--I mean, there's just no beating those copper brewing kettles and the skylights--pictures...

We absolutely loved this hotel! There is so much history, it's incredible. We were also upgraded to a suite, which was HUGE and beautiful. Location is perfect and there is a lot to do close by. We will be back!

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Extended stay, all-suite boutique hotel transformed from the original Pabst Brewing Company Brewhouse. Located on the west side of downtown Milwaukee, the Brewhouse Inn & Suites harkens back to a bygone era in the city's brewing history. While retaining many of the unique features of the famous 1877 cream city brick Pabst brewhouse, including the dramatic five story skylit atrium with original brew kettles and stained glass window depicting King Gambrinus (patron saint of brewing), the hotel has added the superior service, tasteful amenities, and latest technology the discriminating traveler has come to expect. The ninety oversized rooms, all of them suites with large windows, exposed beams, and brick walls, are decorated in a stylish, neo-victorian, steampunk decor. Eclectic, yet so comfortable, all suites are equipped with full kitchen facilities, cable television with high definition flat screen lcd tv's, custom designed work desks with convenient power outlets, free hard wired and wireless internet access, and include complimentary breakfast. With a business center, fitness room, laundry facilities, valet parking, and gift shop, The Brewhouse Inn & Suites offers both the extended stay and overnight guest everything they require to make their stay relaxing and productive. Eight miles from Mitchell Field, and less than one mile from the Wisconsin Center, the Bradley Center, and Marquette University, The Brewhouse is convenient to all downtown attractions and businesses. ... more   less
