Had stayed previously. Recently refurbished and new owners. Not disappointed. Lovely twin room. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very friendly welcome. Good breakfast. Definitely stay here again. Fab location and train station within walking distance.

Stayed at the B&B this weekend on Saturday night. The owners very welcoming and we were able to book in early on Saturday with friends of ours also staying to attend our Son's wedding. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Got back late Saturday night/Sunday morning but no problem because the rooms have a separate keyed access. Lovely breakfast...

The small flower vases located along the corridor and on the dinning tables make the guest house look pretty and familiar, just like your own home. Overlooking the village green, it gives me a...

Spent 2 nights here in February and was well looked after by Kim. Room was spotless and the ensuite was very modern. Handy for the Park and Ride to Cambridge and a number of hostelries in the village to choose from. Will definitely come back here if I'm in the area again!

The rooms are clean and have all the usual facilities one would come to expect. I slept well! The morning started with a hot shower! And to set me up for...

We stayed in the Old School House in Waterbeach in early October for two nights. The guest house is very professionally run by Kim and Kevin Hunt and is well located overlooking the village green, within walking distance of the rail station. There are two public houses close to the guest house but we would recommend a short walk to...
