I am so happy we found this place for our anniversary. We had a beautiful room with a view that was so cozy with the fireplace and décor. We loved the steam shower and sunken tub and comfortable bed. The lodge itself was so beautiful as we were given a tour and since it was in November, there was a...

My husband and I had a wonderful two night stay with the two friendly, helpful and interesting hostesses. What a spectacular home; with views of the valley, mountains and night sky! Breakfast was outstanding. We could not have chosen a better spot.

My husband and I found sunburst lodge on the Internet. We had planned a fishing trip to Casper,wy and we were looking to stay close to the north platte river. Sunburst looked so inviting that we took a chance and booked a 2 night stay there. The lodge is beautifully decorated with hand carved furniture and is very comfortable and...

My wife and I did a 2 week road trip in Wyoming and South Dakota, and stayed in 7 hotels and B&Bs. Sunburst Lodge and Devil's Tower Lodge were easily the most memorable, and true experiences. The lodge itself, the furnitures and decorations are amazing, a true mountain snow lodge experience. The surrounding nature is absolutely beautiful, and the scenery...

Only stayed here one night but all 5 of us wished we were there longer. The beds, the view, the house, the bathtub, the food, and even seeing the Milky Way at night all made this well worth the price. Didn't get to use the hot tub. They very easily accommodated the 5 of us in one room with room...

My wife and I recently completed a 4204 mile long road trip around America. We stopped in 11 hotels in all. This one was my favorite. Unfortunately it was on the return portion of the trip and we only were able to stay one night. I could have easily spent a week here. If you are reviewing this place on...

We planned a 12 day trip to Yellowstone, Big Sky, Theodore Roosevelt Park and Medora and this B & B by far was the BEST! We stayed in more expensive lodging, but total experience of this private home/bed and breakfast far surpassed others. Amazing views from top of Casper Mountain with Elk grazing, wild turkeys and Eagles! Delicious freshly made...

Take a trip to the top of the mountain and enjoy the magnificent view! Only got to stay overnight, and wish we had more time. Stayed in the Morning Dew room, with ultra comfortable sleep number bed, private patio with that view, flat screen tv(didn't need to watch!), heated floor in bathroom, fireplace, what else do you need? Delicious more...

Three thousand feet above Casper, reached by a winding road with innumerable switchbacks, Sunburst Lodge is well worth the climb. Built of stone and varnished wood, the lodge’s three floors of living space are surmounted by an observation room which gives outstanding views of a large fraction of Wyoming. On our arrival the innkeeper, Nancy Yust, gave us a tour,...

After a week-long road trip to Yellowstone, my wife and I stayed the last night of our journey at The Sunburst Lodge. We are not, in general, "B and B people", but the Sunburst was one of the best places we've stayed at in a long time. We chose the the Evening Star room, which has a gas fireplace and...
