Spent one night at the Irma on our way to Yellowstone. We booked this hotel anticipating a more "historical" type room. I found our room to look tired and dated, rather than historical. We were in the newer section of the hotel. One of our friends actually had one of the suites (named after people), which are original to the...

What a treat to stay at the Irma ! Wonderful , fun , and walkable to everything . The hotel dining room was fun to see . Watch the gunfight from the porch and shop the downtown shops. Cody was one of our favorite places . People are friendly. Make sure to see the Bar given to Buffalo Bill.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The room attendant did an excellent job keeping our room tidy which was greatly appreciated after a long day at Yellowstone. I never leave a tip at a hotel for the room attendant but I was impressed with the service so I left a tip. I also enjoyed...

After nearly a week of staying in small town, family owned accommodation, we did expect Cody and The Irma to be different. What we didn't expect was to be met with indifference and ignorance. From what we saw, the hotel side of this business comes a distant second to the processing of the masses through the saloon and restaurant. Indeed,...

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Irma. Rooms are small but charming. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Ceiling fans were a bonus with the warm daytime temperatures. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up narrow stairs.

Buffalo Bill's Irma Hotel is a historic hotel right in town. That being said, there is no designated parking for the hotel and the majority of the street parking around the hotel has a 2 hour limit. You are on your own to find a parking place. There is not an elevator or help with your luggage. But, once you...

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Apparently we got a more "modern room" (nothing special) instead of the more "classic/antique one". We ate breakfast in the dining hall and loved the old bar and cash register! The staff were very nice. Would stay again. We stayed her on an overnight outside of Yellowstone- then so as not to "repeat" the same...

Hotel is historical so don't expect a modern facility. Our bathroom had been updated, furniture was period but room was on the front street so a little noisy. We requested a brighter light bulb for bed side lamp so that we could read and never got it. Restaurant and bar are full of friendly locals and the Cherry bar in...

I would definitely stay here again, the Hotel is famous, it was built by Buffalo Bill in 1902. the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and the buffet was the best I have ever had. Their were lots of little shops to go through including one at the hotel.
