I checked in the day of my arrival. Very pleasant gentleman on the phone. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was very nice. It's a smaller hotel. Two floors. Very clean. The rooms are big. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink. I had a king bed. Very comfy. There is a small frig and...

Room was dirty, needs upgraded, key didn't work on the outside so had to go through the lobby. Pillows are flat. Remote to tv didn't work properly. Drafts under doors and around windows. Sink was clearly leaking underneath and wall and floor not repaired. Trim falling off and/or missing. Baseboards missing so you could see the concrete in areas, mainly...

The hotel was a very convenient place to stop. We stopped for the Cody Rodeo. The hotel had no elevator which was a big inconvenience. The hotel was clean and we had a problem with the a/c and someone came right away to fix which is great!

We were in town for a wedding. I had originally reserved four nights, but we got delayed and had to cancel the first night. It's their off-season, so cancellation was free up until 4 pm the day of the reservation. We arrived very late--just after midnight, but the manager lives on site and was super-nice, even though he was in...

I came to Cody for a pack trip in August and had reserved a one night stay at the Beartooth Inn for the night before the trip. Due to mix ups with dates I arrived at the Beartooth two days earlier than I had made my reservations for. The manager was incredibly helpful and allowed us to change the date....

I spent ten days at the Beartooth Inn in September and was pleasantly surprised. It's a family-run business. The room was large. I usually end up buying several pillows because I sleep with a bunch. No need. They had eight for me to use. There was the requisite microwave and small refrigerator which was convenient and the TV had a lot...

We reserved two nights at this hotel. The manager had only one night in his records and blamed the travel agency. (He had no reservation for the couple that followed us!) The room had a sour smell that lingered for the entire stay. The breakfast was barely passable, only one selection of coffee and no decaf. Our travel companion described...

I would never stay here again. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was that there was an offensive odor. We turned on the ac to vent some fresh air into the room. It helped some. The next thing I noticed is the spliced wire on the floor. The cord to the clock was not long enough...
