I'm not even sure I can articulate this review and adequately describe my experience. Acres and acres of fragrant sage, a stunning valley, red rocks, lush meadows on rolling mountains, and a roaring river that runs through the property. Quaint cabins, all of them so sweetly decorated and very clean, every day with little notes from the excellent housekeeping staff...

Leave your make-up, cell phones, lap tops, stress and preconceptions about ranch life behind and embark on an adventure that your family will never forget. The CM Ranch offers lovely and well-appointed accommodations, the friendliest of staff, action-packed adventure (should you choose to participate) and the opportunity to relax and disconnect from "the real world" in one of the most...

Like many other reviewers, I was at the ranch for a photo workshop. The place and the people are magical. Their photos should appear next to the word hospitality in the dictionary. I don't think I heard the word No all week! The grounds are lovely, the cabins immaculate, quiet and comfortable, the staff just so warm, friendly, thoughtful and...

I stayed at the CM ranch for a National Geographic photo workshop, so I didn't experience the riding and other activities the way that "normal" guests would. Nonetheless, I have nothing but praise for the ranch and the people who work there. It's in a gorgeous, remote area outside of Dubois, Wyoming in the Badlands. The scenery is beautiful and...

I came to the ranch for a photographic workshop with National Geographic. Hunter and Molly, who manage the ranch couldn't be more lovely and welcoming. In fact, all the staff, from housekeeping, to kitchen, to the wranglers and wranglettes (!) were amazingly helpful and warm. The food is delicious. The kitchen goes all out 3 times a day. I was...

A short drive from Dubois, Wyoming, where there is a rodeo on Fridays[?] and square dancing on some other night,[don't miss these outings!] lies the CM Ranch, where you can ride horses, fish, sit, swim, play some baseball or football with the family and the ranch hands on the commons area outside the dining room, nap, take pictures, hang around...

I spend a week here with a friend for a photography workshop with Nat Geo. Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was excellent. We did have some free time to enjoy some of the amenities of the ranch. We were able to enjoy three horseback riding excursions. One was with just my friend and two very personable wranglers. As...

My husband and I had a wonderful week at the CM. Lots to do with all the riding you want, hiking, pool/hot tub, fishing, etc. but it was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. Just sitting on the cabin porch in a comfy chair, listening to the trout stream rushing over the rocks and waiting for the...

This is our 3rd visit. It's the most wonderful vacation we have taken. Form the wranglers, the horses, the trails, the accommodations, the food, and the total service... Everything is outstanding. Plan to be there again. I travel extensively and this is my favorite place on the planet!

I just spent a week on the CM Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming as part of a National Geographic Photo Workshop. I couldn't have had a better time. The ranch is about 60 miles east of Jackson, Wyoming. The scenery is just beautiful and the accommodations in cabins or houses are rustic and very comfortable. The food is served either buffet...
