After a week or driving through the beautiful natural landscapes like the Badlands, Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, arriving at Amangani was the first time I actually felt compelled to take a photo of something man-made for quite some time. The property is really beautiful, with the same minimalist ethos that I recalled from my previous visit to an Aman....

Taking the twisty road up to Amanjani in May was an eye opener; I can't even imagine it in the winter. But the views are certainly worth it. Can't say much for anything but the bar and the service therein which were both excellent. This is a rather small, 40 room, boutique hotel with a very unassuming decor leaving it...

I just returned home from a visit to Amangani yesterday and wanted to share my disappointment with the entire experience. When the power went out at Teton Village shutting down skiing for the weekend, I immediately contacted Amangani to ask what our options were. I was told that I would be forfeiting the entire cost of my reservation, which is...

Had a nice stay here 10/15, the October weather being so fickle, we were actually able to swim comfortably in the beautiful pool with views and quick access to spa. Got great tour of Yellowstone, a couple hours' drive away. Fabulous geology there, and in Jackson, such a friendly and interesting modern Western town about 15 mins. drive. Unspoiled place:...

I've stayed in this property during each of the last two winters. I love Jackson Hole and I love being at the Aman. The staff are very friendly, but for the most part miss on the "anything to make you happy" idea which the Aman is known for. On the positive side, the views are breathtaking, the property knows how...

We spent 3 nights at the Amangani in January and enjoyed every moment of our stay there. The location is absolutely breathtaking with spectacular views of the Tetons right from the balcony of our room. The service was warm, friendly and down to earth. The spa was very nice although small with the highlight being the massively huge heated outdoor...

The incredible service began before we even arrived at Amangani ! Prior to our arrival, we received a call from Sara.... She had taken the liberty of making reservations for us at one of the critically acclaimed restaurants in town... Upon our arrival we were greeted by Marcus who gave us a personal tour of the resort... He could not...

The Amangani resort is only one of two Aman properties in the United States (the other being in Utah), and it's worth adding this (and Jackson Hole in general) to your bucket list. From the moment you step onto the grounds you're in for something special. The staff greets you by name and welcomes you with a brief tour of...

Stayed at Amangani in December, 2016. Please note that my reviews of Aman properties tend to be more critical than for a “normal” hotel, largely in consideration of the price point. Figure you’ll be spending $1K/night at Amangani. Conclusions: If you’re staying at an Aman, you probably don’t care that much about cost. While my/our experience there was good, it...

My wife and I stayed here on business trip. What a beautiful hotel! The room and accommodations are immaculate and the staff is second to none! While I was in meetings all day the staff assured my wife in finding stuff to do and then helped us get dinner reservation on short notice. They took care of everything and made...

Amangani (peaceful home) clings to the crest of East Gros Ventre Butte, some 2,135 metres above sea level, and affords magnificent views of the Grand Tetons and Snake River Valley. The resort evokes the atmosphere of the American West, from its redwood panelling to its blazing logfires. Amangani is an all-season resort.
