This is something everyone should try and experience in their lifetime. The ranch, food, staff, horses and scenery was more than I could ever imagine. My kids are 5 & 9 and the 5 year old was too young to go out on the horseback rides with us. While we were on our ride "Meghan" at the ranch took care...

All eleven of us loved it. We were ages 5 to 70 and all but the 5 year old rode every day. Mostly all who rode were completely inexperienced but the wranglers kept us all in one piece, except for one incident which turned out all right. No serious injuries except to the waist line. The food was excellent and...

It was such a pleasure to host your family reunion -and- help you celebrate your 65th. What a wonderful, diverse family you have. We love our little river valley, but it is true that our satellite internet service provides only the basic services like email, web browsing, chat, Instagram, and social media like Facebook. Satellite is, by its nature, not...

So much has already been written about the excellent horses, skilled wranglers, helpful staff and the warmth and professionalism of the owner managers Krista and Bill, that I thought instead, I would describe one of my favorite days at LRR, the all day picnic ride to Gray's Creek. The morning wake up call is the sound of hoof beats and...

We wanted a place where we could work on our riding skills and confidence, and are so happy we chose Laramie River Ranch. It's a beautiful setting first of all! The family and staff were so warm and welcoming--it felt like you were family. The facilities were beautiful, clean, with rustic touches. They have approximately 80 horses which are rounded...

We had such a brilliant time. The whole experience was fantastic and each day brought so many wonderful memories. We enjoyed the variety of terrain and the experienced wranglers and horses. We will be booking again and would not consider any other ranch.

I will start off my review by stating I had never done anything like this before. My husband and I had always taken a cruise or things like all inclusive vacations to Mexico and such. When I suggested a dude ranch I got a strange look. Though in the end we ended up booking it. I tell you I am...

My husband and I stayed at LRR the first week of September 2014 and found it to be everything we expected! The staff and owners have nearly perfected thinking of any and everything you might want or need. If any staff member was ever having a bad day you never knew it! Extremely positive, well-trained/knowledgable. Beautiful riding and plenty of...

My wife and I just enjoyed our first (but not last) visit to the Laramie River Ranch. Having read many reviews of LRR on Tripadvisor i had a good sense of what to expect and my expectations were quite high. And yet, the crew at LRR, the facility, the horses, and the landscape exceeded my hopes in every way. We...

Dear Mike & Karlla, Thanks so much for your kind review! We appreciate the vote of confidence and agree that we have an incredible crew! They really ride for the brand, as they say. Be well and come see us again soon. -Bill

This dude ranch is great and met most of our expectations. Brian and Natalie (managers) were warm and welcoming. Krista and Bill (owners) were in and out (due to family activities) during the week. The staff is friendly, helpful, and are willing to go above and beyond. Most wranglers, dining staff, etc. were in their early 20s and are very...

Thanks so much for your thorough review! You captured so much of the LRR experience down to the sound of the horses hooves on the bridge each morning. I too love that sound. I appreciate your praise for our incredible crew, I'll pass it on. They give a lot of themselves. Krista and I hate to leave the ranch during...

My husband and I took our two grandchildren (ages 7 and 11) to the Laramie River Ranch and had a trip of a lifetime. We were beginner riders and all of us had a horse compatible to our level and were riding with confidence within a day or so thanks to the wonderful wranglers--every one of them were very patient,...
