We scheduled a recent getaway at the Mad Carpenter Inn to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to visit Laramie and explore the University of Wyoming (from which one of us graduated a long time ago). Our hosts Lawrence and Danny were most warm and welcoming, and shared many fun stories with us over breakfasts. To call the breakfast served at...

There is not a better place to stay in Laramie! We didn't want to leave The WYO house. Very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Nothing is needed when you stay here. Fluffy towels and room for many. Hope it is available next time we travel to Laramie. Thank you so much!

The house is very beautiful and situated very close to the centre of Laramie. Two of us are vegans and Lawrence and Danny catered wonderfully to vegan and non-vegan for breakfast. The cinnamon rolls and blueberry crumble were brilliant to the extent that I requested a recipe. The house is full of pleasant little touches like chocolates in the rooms,...

This was by far the nicest stay on our US-travel. The Inn is absolutely wonderful, but what makes it truly enjoyable is the owners Lawrence and Danni! Such nice people and a very warm and cosy feeling. The breakfast accompanied with L&D and other guests was rememberable. This visit will stay forever in our hearts. //Ulf & Bodil from Sweden...

We were so delighted with our stay at MCI! Lawrence and Danny have a lovely home and offer a delicious healthy assortment of breakfast items, beautiful room with comfy bed, lush towels - and fun, knowledgeable and stimulating conversations. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love MCI. Went with family of 5,including teenager, parents, and grandparents. Two rooms, including 3 of us staying in Doll House. The carpentry is amazing and so lovely. Hosts so accommodating and fun. Had magical stay! Walking distance to University of Wyoming and Turtle Rock Cafe. Will refer people there now that we moved to Laramie.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was our last stop of our 4 week road trip back to Denver for our flight back to London. We needed a good nights sleep and got one. Lawrence & Danny were so friendly and helpful and very interesting to talk to, nothing was too much trouble. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, good location...

Don't waste your time booking a generic hotel room just stay here! Coolest place I have stayed in a long time. Peaceful and pretty! Candle lit bath with a huge supply of great smelling soaps. Wifi. Complete 10 all the way around!

Lawrence and Danny have a beautiful B&B which is homely, clean and welcoming. We had a 1 night stay and received great advice on places to eat in town and good driving routes. If you're looking for a local place to stay this is perfect.

My daughter, who is enrolling at UW in the fall, and I just returned from Laramie and stayed at the Dollhouse at the Mad Carpenter Inn. My mother, who was supposed to be with us, found the B&B and booked it, but at the last minute was not able to come. I almost switched to a regular hotel but kept...
