I am currently planning a corporate retreat for my team. I have been working with Amanda Wascher (Director of Group Sales) who is simply amazing. I've asked tons of questions and probably repeated a few, but she has answered them thoroughly with full transparency and patience. She is a true professional and represents the brand well. We had to change our dates due to some urgent matters, but I am looking forward to locking this trip in. I have worked with a lot of sales directors for corporate events and she has been simply incredible with thoughtful suggestions on how to make this trip amazing and ways to really ensure a special time at their resort. What a pro and what a company.
This place is top notch!!! The entire ranch is absolutely gorgeous in every aspect. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond for everyone in our group. The food…oh the food…some of the best I’ve ever had. We went with a large work group to celebrate the top performers but this would be s perfect place for friends, couples, family reunions and a wedding would be over the top gorgeous here. Thank you Brush Creek for an unforgettable vacation!!!
I have been to BCL three times now over 6-7 years and I can report that they have slipped. First the bad - rooms are dated and need some upgrades (like showers) and service is vey spotty (used to be impeccable). The good - food is incredible and the main buildings are gorgeous. And the activities are still pretty decent.
A truly great property run by a great team. Me and my group had an amazing and relaxing experience at Brush Creek and thoroughly enjoyed everything from the rooms, to the activities, to the food. The Farm is a must do and after going through three wine rooms and the Speak-easy styled spirits room, I was awestruck.
I was invited for a wedding. This is where the rich come and play. Luckily for me, most of the costs were covered by others. The property is beautiful. The staff is excellent and very attentive. The food is well prepared with some options made on the ranch. They have numerous activities available such as fly fishing or horseback riding. Ironically, given the cost, there were a la carte items which given the cost should be included. Liquor is included but only in the evenings. Great place for the wealthy to have a wedding. They have a gorgeous wine cellar and restaurant above it. This place is high class. If you can afford to play with the rich then you will enjoy it. As a more middle class kind of guy, I would pay this much for the experience but they really aren’t looking for people who aren’t 1 percenters. Enjoy.…
My husband and I throughly enjoyed Brush Creek. With so many activities offered, we were able to experience many thing we had never done before. The food was plentiful and delicious. Every person we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. The guides for our activities were very experienced and encouraging. There were 2 activities per day, one morning and one afternoon. Archery was very exciting and something neither of us had done before. Our guides made sure our bows fit our upper body strength properly and they coached us throughout our adventure. It was the two of us and two instructors. My husband excelled at archery and his arrow pierced the apple on top of the deer’s nose! So exciting for him. The shooting sports were fun too. We were able to shoot long range rifles, hand guns and shot guns. At each station we had two instructors. They gave us great instruction in both technical use and gun safety. It was great trying to hit all of the different types of targets. The ATV adventure was exhilarating! My husband is very adventurous and I am a bit of a chicken. Our two guides catered to our individual comfort levels. They gave us excellent one-on-one instruction and I felt comfortable going over very rocky, uneven and somewhat steep terrain and also through some streams. It was definitely an adrenaline rush! We visited the ranch in May and were able to visit the goats and all of their kids. The barn is immaculate and the animals are very well taken care of. So much fun seeing the very active baby goats! My husband and I had a great time horseback riding. The rides were with two guides. We did a Level 1 ride (my choice) together and later, he did a Level 4. He has had his own horse, on and off, for decades. Level 4 was perfect for him and he had a wonderful time. The Ranger Tour was very nice. We were able to tour all outdoor areas of the ranch. We learned the history of the ranch and about past property, native plants and animals and geography of the area. There was a moose spotted by one of the horseback riding groups that we spoke to, but we missed seeing her. Our meals at The Lodge and at The Farm were delicious and the beautiful scenery at both restaurants made every meal extra special. The food is very fresh and much of it is sourced from the ranch. The scenery at the ranch is breathtaking and something I will never forget. So many opportunities for beautiful photos. We stayed at the Trailboss Apartment Cabin Suite which was nicely appointed and a very quick golf cart ride to the Activities Barn and The Lodge. Brush Creek Ranch is a wonderful place to go for a one of a kind, all inclusive ranch experience.…
Great experience at this all inclusive activities ranch. Max capacity is around 120 people but at those levels it feels a little crowded. Strong set of activities including ATV, hiking, fishing, shooting, archery, riding, yoga, ropes course etc. You can do Two sessions per day with great food at breakfast lunch and dinner to keep you energised. A couple of times a week the dinner is at The Farm which is a high end farm to table experience. Another time there is creek side dining complete with live music and ace throwing. Staff are very friendly and well trained on the activities. Ranch is huge and very lovely with active wildlife. Well worth a trip even if it’s a bit pricey.
My husband and I stayed here over a long weekend with another couple and had a fantastic, memorable stay. The property is stunning and the service was excellent. We crammed in a LOT of activities: the upland game hunt, fly fishing, and ATVs. The meals served on the ranch were excellent--we also had one dinner at the Farm, which was awesome. It's certainly not a cheap place to stay, but this is exactly what I envisioned a luxury dude ranch experience to be like. Highly recommend and we will definitely consider returning.
My fiancé (now husband) and I went here and eloped on the property. The staff put together an amazing week of activities for us and made us feel so special. The food was good and the activity staff were really knowledgeable about their specific activities. The grounds were absolutely stunning and it didn't hurt that we had perfect weather all week. My only issue were how small the rooms were. We actually had a private cabin and there was no space to put your suitcases and place anything in the bathroom. For the price they charge, they could rework the space to make it more conducive for travelers. There were some mix-ups with the concierge & communication with staff as well, but they were always quick to make everything right. They had just reopened from COVID so I think staffing was being pulled together quickly. They had a great team though and I'd highly recommend this place. Note: the guns and fishing were the best activities, the instructors were great!…
Our family of five (kids ages 21, 19 and 17) spent 6 nights there over Christmas. The scenery is spectacular, truly 30,000 acres off the beaten path. The staff was fabulous. No detail or request too big or small of the concierge. We had all activities set up prior to arrival as I am a planner. Snowmobiling is a must. We did the all day excursion to Albany and a half day on Christmas morning. The guides were great. Shooting exceeded our expectations and we caught a bunch of fish ice fishing. The food was great - almost too much. We aren’t used to eating three full sit-down meals. Having a breakfast basket in cabins would be helpful and is a suggestion. Dinners at the farm are truly special. I am high risk so covid precautions were (are) extremely important to me. The ranch takes it seriously which was one of the main reasons we booked here. All staff wore masks correctly. Guests were also very respectful of the mask requirement. The restaurants are large and I never felt too close to anyone. This was the first time we had eaten in a restaurant since March, so a bit unnerving but we felt as safe as we could. We requested no housekeeping. Towels were left outside and we left used ones in a basket. We stayed in Jo’s which was perfect fit our family and it all worked. I would highly recommend this place: great location, activities, staff and food! …
