The staff was nice and pleasant to deal with. The room we stayed in had 2 queen size beds and a mini fridge. The room was outdated and could use a major makeover. When I went to shower that night the towels were stained & even though it was probably washed, I couldn't use it. It looked like there was...

This inn, in the small town of Waimea, is centrally located near the town’s crossroads. It is located far enough from the road to escape traffic noise, but you can walk to the grocery store or a restaurant in less than 5 minutes. But we always ate breakfast in and often packed a lunch. The kitchenette is well-stocked with plates,...

Dirty, stained mattresses, box springs, and comforter. Evidence of bedbug fecal matter on one of the box springs. Didn't unpack for fear of bring bedbugs back with us. Long term residences make it a party place for their units. Old furniture needs updated. I wouldn't recommend this to motel to anyone. "Lodge" is misleading.

Many good restaurants nearby. Everything from Five star Merriman's to a great brew pub to McDonald's and Starbucks. Very friendly staff. Large room. Nice view out the back window of pastures, hillsides, and private school. Saturday farmers market next door.

For the price, this hotel can't be beat. It's by no means the Mauna Lani or the Hilton, so if you're looking for that kine hotel I wouldn't recommend it. Just needed a place to shower and crash after work in Waimea so this place was perfect. Others complaining about roaches.... I didn't see a single one, but that doesn't...

We loved how central this hotel was. It was right near everything in Waimea. We were also pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was! It is an older motel and a little dated, but definitely clean and we felt very safe staying here. The room has a cozy, cottage feel - no central air, but it cooled off well...

For 100$ a night you'll get roaches, a carpet that looks like someone s*** on it and mold all over the bathroom. Disgusting! Close by are just fast food restaurants. Way to expensive for this place. Staff was nice though.

If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, don't expect it here. Waimea Country Lodge has a Beautiful Rustic atmosphere which matches its town of cattle ranchers, cowboys & cowgirls and down home friendly people. You'd have to see it to appreciate it. We Loved it here and the Cooooool nights was perfect for this charming place. The restaurant next...

Location was great. The room was pretty old. We found lots of live roaches throughout the bedroom area and bathroom. The sheets appeared dirty. I couldn't stop itching the entire night in bed. And it was so loud there. People above us seriously talked so loudly the entire night long. There was dragging of furniture above us at 3 am....

This was a nice, large room. Parts were old but functional, parts were absooutely charming. The restaurant next door is great. The bad part - when we got ready for bed, the sheets on the bed were GROSS! Clearly had not been changed! I went immediately to the front desk and just asked for clean sheets. The lady there came...
