We booked 1106 with Airbnb, Mark and Ashley. Communication was great til we moved in June 7,2016. The place was filthy. We had no clean sheets. Had to buy laundry soap to wash sheets. Carpet is dirty, tubs and sinks dirty, coffee grounds and coffee in the coffee maker. Owners would no respond to phone calls or messages on Airbnb... More

Waikoloa Villas is a group of privately owned condos along the 9th fairway of the golf course in Waikoloa Village. We have stayed there 3 times and plan on returning. Waikoloa Village is a quiet community located about 6 miles up the hill from Highway 19 (turn at the Blue Hawaiian Helicopter office). It is 10 minutes from the Waikoloa... More

We happen to own a condo in Waikoloa Villas located in Waikoloa Village just up the hill from the resorts on the coast. If you want to spend two to three times as much per night, stay at the Hilton, Mona Kea, Marriot, etc. The view from most Villas units overlooks the Village golf course and many have an ocean... Waikoloa Villas is a condo complex located in Waikoloa Village. It is not on the Kona Coast. It is a few miles up the hill. The elevation offers cooler temps and nice breezes. Surrounded by the Village Golf Course. Many with great ocean views and sunsets. They offer lower cost stays than the coast. Centrally located for travelling to the... More

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely Condo Complex. Well Kept and convenient to many attractions, about 10 to 15 minutes from the beach. We chose this complex because you can walk to the store, play golf and generally be active. Nice pools and hot tubs. Our son who was 15 enjoyed walking the grounds and doing his own... More

There are two pools and lots of grassy areas for play. Condo's are spacious and comfortable. Only drawback was grumpy old people who didn't want to hear a sound out of our children--ages 6 & 8. No matter, quiet times are between 10 and 8. This community is a fifteen minute drive from two great beaches. I would completely recommend... More

When booking, were led to believe this was near the ocean. You can see the ocean with binoculars. Golf course has too many local rules and can only play nine holesafter 2:30 or if you have a doctor's excuse. No marshall to speed up play. Pool closed during our stay. Not mentioned when booking stay.

This was the second time we stayed in the Waikoloa Villas, in the Village. Very nice area which has quite a few nice condo communities, most of which rent. No question, a golfing community. We have a relative that owns a real nice unit in Waikoloa Villas. But this time we rented our own, since we were there for a... More

We came and stayed here in 2004 and were very happy. This is not a hotel and should be regarded as such. It is a condo and more like staying in your own apartment. We loved the breezes off the Lanai and the blue tile pool is great. If you are looking for crowds and happenings this is not the... More
